Smooth setup, minor learning curve
Getting started with Notion was surprisingly smooth—I had my workspace up and running in about 20 minutes. The onboarding guides helped, but there was still a bit of a learning curve figuring out how to customize pages exactly how I wanted. Overall, the setup felt easy enough without getting overwhelmed right away.

Super handy but a bit slow
Honestly love how flexible Notion is for keeping everything in one place, but sometimes it feels a bit slow when loading big pages.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 10 started using Notion a few months ago mainly to keep track of projects and share docs in one place. Getting everyone on board was a bit slow at first, especially since some prefer simpler tools, but once we got the hang of it, collaboration got way smoother. The ability to customize pages and link tasks helped reduce a lot of email back-and-forth. Only downside is sometimes the app can lag when too many people are editing at once, which can be annoying during tight deadlines.

Finally Organized Our Chaos
Our team was drowning in scattered notes and lost deadlines until we started organizing everything in Notion. It helped me keep track of project details and share updates seamlessly, which actually cut down on endless email chains and confusion. The flexibility to customize pages exactly how we work made a big difference in staying on top of tasks.

Solid value for daily use
The pricing feels fair for what you get, especially if you use it every day. It’s saved me time organizing projects, so the cost pays off quickly in my book.

Worth the investment overall
Notion feels like a solid investment, especially for organizing projects and notes all in one place. The pricing is on the higher side compared to some simpler tools, but the flexibility and customization options make it worth it in my experience. For small teams or solo users who need more than just basic note-taking, it really pays off by saving time and keeping things streamlined. That said, if you’re only after a basic planner, it might feel a bit too pricey.

Good value for small teams
Notion feels a bit pricey at first, but once you get everything set up, it really pays off. For my small team, the ability to keep all our projects and notes in one place has saved us a ton of time, so the cost ends up being worth it. Just wish the mobile app was a bit smoother tho.

Great for organizing notes
I gotta say, Notion really helps me keep all my random notes and to-dos in one place without feeling cluttered. Took me a bit to figure out some of the shortcuts, but now it's smooth sailing. Wish the mobile app was a little faster tho, sometimes it lags when I’m on the go. Overall, pretty solid for organizing stuff my way.

Great databases, iffy mobile app
The way Notion handles databases is honestly a game changer for keeping my projects organized. I love how customizable the views are — switching between tables, boards, and calendars makes it super easy to see everything from different angles. The only thing I wish was better is the mobile app, which can be a bit sluggish and sometimes glitches when loading large pages.

Great database, slow mobile app
The database feature in Notion is a total game-changer for organizing projects and tracking progress. I especially like how customizable the views are, letting me switch between tables, boards, and calendars without hassle. That said, the mobile app can be a bit sluggish when handling larger databases, which sometimes slows me down. Overall, it's been super helpful for keeping everything in one place and easy to find.
