Solid but Still Rough Around Edges
Started using Notion about three years ago when it was still pretty basic, and it's definitely grown a lot since then. The flexibility is great, especially for managing projects and notes all in one place, but sometimes it feels like they add features faster than they fix bugs, which can be frustrating. I also wish the mobile app was a bit more stable and responsive, as I use it on the go quite a bit. Overall, it’s a solid tool but hasn’t quite become the seamless all-in-one workspace I hoped for after all this time.

Great databases, mobile needs polish
The database feature in Notion has been a game changer for organizing my projects and tracking progress. I especially like how customizable the views are, making it easy to switch between tables, boards, and calendars depending on what I need. However, the mobile app sometimes feels a bit clunky, especially when editing complex pages on the go. Overall, it’s a powerful tool that keeps improving, and I appreciate the flexibility it offers.

Great database, mobile needs work
The database feature in Notion really helps me keep all my projects organized in one place, and I love how customizable the views are. The ability to switch between table, board, and calendar views makes it easy to track progress depending on the task. However, I do find the mobile app a bit clunky at times, especially when trying to quickly edit content on the go. Overall, it’s a solid tool that’s made managing my workload much simpler.

Great for team organization
Our team of about 10 started using Notion to keep track of projects and meeting notes. Getting everyone to actually update their pages took a bit of nudging, but once habits formed, collaboration felt smoother and more transparent across the board.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 10 jumped on Notion to keep projects and notes in one place, and after a few weeks most people were using it without much hassle. It really helped us stay on the same page during busy weeks, though some folks still find it a bit overwhelming at first.

Great templates and database linking
The customizable templates in Notion have been a lifesaver for organizing my projects quickly without starting from scratch. I also really like the way databases link to each other; it makes tracking tasks and notes in one place feel seamless. However, the offline mode can be a bit unreliable, which sometimes slows me down when I don’t have internet access.

Good value for consistent use
Notion feels like a solid deal for what it offers, especially if you use it regularly for organizing projects. It’s a bit of a stretch cost-wise at first, but I’ve definitely gotten my money’s worth over time.

Great for team coordination
Our team of about 10 started using Notion a few months ago, and once everyone got comfortable, it really helped keep projects and notes in one place. Getting everyone on board took some nudging, but now collaboration feels smoother and less scattered.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 12 started using Notion a few months ago after our manager wanted to find a better way to keep track of projects and docs. Getting everyone onboard took some time since people were used to different tools, but the flexibility of Notion made it easier for us to customize it to our needs. It’s really helped with collaboration, especially when multiple people can update the same page in real time. I’d say it’s made communication smoother overall, though the learning curve was a bit steep for some teammates at first.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 10 switched to Notion last year, and while getting everyone to use it consistently was a bit of a hassle at first, it really helped us keep all our project notes and tasks in one place. Collaboration feels smoother now, and it's easier to track what everyone’s working on without endless email threads.
