Great DBs but mobile lags
The database feature is a lifesaver for keeping track of projects in one place, super flexible and easy to customize. The mobile app sometimes lags though, which can be frustrating when I’m on the go.

Gets better with time
Started using this about three years ago and it's definitely grown on me. The interface has gotten smoother and some features I wasn’t sure about at first have become really handy in day-to-day tasks. Wish syncing was a bit faster, but overall it’s been a solid tool that keeps improving.

Reliable and improving tool
Started using this about three years ago, and it's only gotten smoother and more flexible with each update. It’s become my go-to for everything from note-taking to project management without feeling cluttered.

Freelance chaos tamed
Keeping track of all my freelance projects and deadlines was getting chaotic with random notes and apps. Notion let me build a custom dashboard where I can see everything in one place—from tasks to client info—and it's honestly made juggling multiple gigs way less stressful. The only thing is sometimes it takes a bit to load on mobile, but overall it’s been a solid help.

Streamlined Team Collaboration
Our team of about 12 people started using Notion a few months ago after our manager pushed for a better way to organize projects and docs. Initially, getting everyone to switch over was a bit rough since some preferred traditional tools, but once we set up clear templates and workflows, collaboration improved noticeably. I especially appreciate how easy it is to keep track of meeting notes and assign tasks in one place without juggling multiple apps. The biggest downside is that it can feel a little slow when loading large pages, but overall, it’s made our daily communication and project tracking much smoother.

Versatile and All-in-One
Tried Evernote and Trello before, but Notion just clicked better for how I like to organize things. It’s flexible enough to handle notes, project boards, and docs all in one place, which saved me from hopping between apps. Sometimes the setup feels a bit overwhelming at first, but once you get the hang of it, it really streamlines everything.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 12 switched to Notion last year, and while getting everyone to actually use it took some nudging, it’s become our go-to spot for project tracking and notes. Collaboration feels smoother now that everything’s in one place, but occasionally the interface can be a bit overwhelming for newer users.

Good features, pricey for use
Notion offers a lot of features, but the pricing feels a bit steep for what I actually use. It’s fine for organizing projects, but I’m not sure the return justifies the monthly cost for me personally.

Frustrating setup experience
Getting started with Notion was way more confusing than I expected. The onboarding didn’t really explain how to set things up clearly, and I ended up wasting a lot of time figuring out the basics. The learning curve felt unnecessarily steep for simple tasks.

Good but a bit slow
Tried Evernote and Trello before but ended up here because I liked the all-in-one approach. Still, sometimes Notion feels a bit clunky and slow when my pages get big, which is annoying.
