Solid value for organization
Notion feels like it punches above its price, especially for organizing work and personal stuff all in one place. It’s definitely paid off in time saved, so worth the cost in my book.

Better project visibility
Had a hard time keeping track of multiple freelance projects and deadlines until I set up Notion to organize everything in one place. It really helped me see all my tasks clearly, but the mobile app can be a bit slow and clunky sometimes.

Smooth setup with minor learning curve
Got everything set up in under an hour thanks to clear onboarding steps. There was a bit of a learning curve figuring out the best way to organize pages, but overall it was smooth.

Flexible and All-in-One Workspace
I tried Evernote and Trello before settling on Notion, and what really won me over was how flexible Notion is for organizing everything in one place. Unlike Trello, which is great for task tracking but feels limited for notes, Notion lets me combine docs, databases, and to-do lists seamlessly. Evernote was solid for note-taking, but I found Notion’s interface cleaner and more customizable, which helped me set up workflows that actually fit how I work. It’s not perfect—sometimes the learning curve can be a bit steep—but overall, it’s been a huge upgrade.

Reliable and improving over time
Started using this about four years ago and it just keeps getting better. The updates feel thoughtful and it’s become my go-to for everything from note-taking to project tracking.

Gets Better Over Time
Started using this about three years ago and it's come a long way since then. The interface feels smoother now, and the added templates have really helped me stay organized without too much setup.

Great databases, iffy offline mode
The database feature in Notion is exactly what I needed to keep my projects organized, and I love how customizable the views are. The only hiccup is the offline mode, which sometimes feels a bit glitchy when I’m not connected to WiFi.

Flexible and all-in-one tool
Tried Evernote and Trello before, but Notion just clicks better for organizing both notes and projects in one place. The flexibility is great, though sometimes it feels a bit slow on mobile.

Useful but a bit clunky
Notion’s pretty handy for keeping stuff organized, but sometimes it feels a bit clunky and slow, especially when you’ve got a ton of pages. I like how flexible it is and that you can customize things exactly how you want, but the learning curve was kinda steep for me. Also, the mobile app isn’t as smooth as the desktop version, which gets annoying when I’m on the go. Overall, it does what I need but doesn’t wow me enough to be my go-to all the time.

Super flexible but a bit slow
Love how flexible Notion is for organizing everything, but sometimes it feels like it takes a bit too long to load my bigger pages.
