Great databases, sluggish mobile app
The database feature in Notion is exactly what I needed for organizing projects and tracking progress without feeling cluttered. I especially like how customizable the views are, so I can switch between tables, boards, or calendars depending on the task at hand. On the other hand, the mobile app sometimes feels a bit sluggish when loading larger pages, which can be frustrating when I’m on the go. Overall, though, it’s a powerful tool that helps keep everything in one place.

Good but a bit clunky
Notion’s cool for keeping all my notes and projects in one spot, but sometimes it feels kinda slow and clunky, especially with bigger pages. I like how flexible it is to set up, though it did take me a while to figure things out. Honestly, it’s useful but not super smooth all the time, so I end up using other apps alongside it.

Solid tool that keeps improving
Started using this about three years ago, and it’s really grown on me. The updates keep making it smoother and more reliable, especially for managing projects and notes all in one place. Still wish the mobile app was a bit faster, but overall, it’s become an essential tool for me.

Good features but pricey
Notion offers a solid set of features, but the price feels a bit steep for what I actually use. For small teams or personal projects, it can be worth it, but if you’re only tapping into a fraction of its capabilities, the cost might not justify the return. I found myself paying for more than I needed, which is a little frustrating.

Evolving and Essential Workspace
Started using Notion about four years ago, and it’s been interesting to watch it grow from a simple note-taking tool into a full-on workspace. The flexibility it offers now is impressive, especially for managing projects and personal tasks all in one place. Some updates have made it smoother and more intuitive, though occasionally new features feel a bit overwhelming at first. Overall, it’s become an essential part of how I organize everything, and I appreciate how they keep improving it without losing what made it special.

Super flexible and handy
Notion's been a lifesaver for keeping my projects and notes all in one spot. Sometimes the app can be a bit slow when loading big pages, but overall it’s super flexible and lets me organize stuff exactly how I want. I dig the templates too, they save me a bunch of time when setting up new projects. Just wish the mobile version was a little smoother tho.

Smooth start with a learning curve
Getting started was surprisingly smooth—setup only took about 20 minutes, and the onboarding helped me figure out the basics without getting overwhelmed. There’s a bit of a learning curve with all the features, but the templates made it easier to dive right in.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 12 switched to Notion a few months ago after the boss insisted we try it out for project tracking and meeting notes. Getting everyone on board was a bit rough at first because some folks preferred their old tools, but once people saw how easy it was to keep everything in one place, adoption really picked up. Collaboration improved noticeably, especially with the shared docs and task assignments — it cut down on a lot of back-and-forth emails. The only downside is that sometimes the interface feels a little cluttered when juggling multiple projects, but overall it’s been a solid addition to our workflow.

Solid value for the price
I find Notion offers solid value, especially if you work in a small team or juggle multiple projects solo. The pricing felt a bit steep at first, but once I got into the workflow and customization, it definitely paid for itself by saving me time and keeping everything organized. For individuals or small groups, the features justify the cost, though larger teams might want to consider if they need all the extras. Overall, it’s a worthwhile investment if you’re serious about streamlining your work.

Great for organization, but clunky
Trying to keep track of all my freelance projects and deadlines was a mess until I started using Notion. It helped me organize everything in one place, but the learning curve was brutal and it still feels clunky when switching between pages.
