Setup Was a Total Nightmare
Getting PrestaShop up and running was way more frustrating than I expected. The onboarding was practically nonexistent, and the setup process felt like a maze with unclear instructions at every step. It took me several hours just to figure out basic configurations, and the learning curve was steep since the interface isn't very intuitive. Definitely not what I’d call a smooth start for someone without a lot of technical experience.

More hassle than help
Honestly, PrestaShop kinda felt more complicated than I expected. Setting things up was a pain and some features just didn’t work like they should. I wanted something straightforward but ended up spending way too much time troubleshooting random bugs. Not sure I’d recommend it unless you really like fiddling with tech stuff.

Great product management, minor UI quirks
The product management system is really intuitive and saved me a lot of time setting up my catalog. The customization options are good too, but sometimes the interface feels a bit clunky when trying to tweak the theme.

Strong product tools, checkout tweaks needed
The product management system in PrestaShop really makes organizing my inventory straightforward, which saved me a lot of hassle. The customization options for the checkout process are also quite flexible, although I found the interface a bit clunky when setting up complex rules.

Great balance of control and cost
Tried Shopify and WooCommerce before settling on PrestaShop, mainly because I wanted more control without paying high monthly fees. PrestaShop’s flexibility with themes and modules really helped me customize my store exactly how I wanted, though the setup took a bit more time. Overall, it felt like a better fit for a growing business that needs customization without breaking the bank.

Solid and improving ecommerce tool
Started using PrestaShop about five years ago and it’s definitely come a long way since then. The platform feels more stable now and the updates have made managing products and payments much smoother.

Helped with inventory syncing
Managing inventory across multiple suppliers was a headache until PrestaShop helped me sync stock levels more smoothly. The platform’s built-in tools made it easier to update product quantities without manually checking each one, which saved a lot of time. However, some features still felt clunky and required additional plugins to fully fit my needs.

Solid and Flexible E-commerce Tool
I've been messing around with PrestaShop for a bit and honestly, it’s pretty solid for setting up an online store without too much hassle. The setup wasn’t too complicated, and I liked how customizable it is once you get the hang of it. Sometimes it feels a bit clunky with updates or modules, but overall, it’s reliable and does what I need. Definitely a good pick if you want something flexible without going full-on complicated.

More hassle than help
Honestly, setting up PrestaShop was way more confusing than I expected and it kept acting glitchy. Thought it’d be easier to get my store running but ended up wasting a bunch of time troubleshooting.

Great product management, limited themes
The product management system is exactly what we needed to keep track of our inventory without much hassle. However, the theme customization feels a bit limited and could use more flexibility for non-developers like me. Overall, it’s solid and gets the job done well.
