Solid for Team Use
Our team of six switched to PrestaShop for managing our online store, and getting everyone on board was surprisingly smooth since the interface is pretty straightforward. Collaboration improved because the platform lets us assign roles easily, though some features took a bit to get used to.

Works but a bit clunky
Meh, it's okay I guess. Setting up the store took a bit longer than I expected, and some of the modules feel kinda clunky. But once it's up, managing products and orders isn’t too bad. Definitely not the smoothest experience but it works if you’re patient.

Helped with inventory chaos
I was struggling to manage multiple product variants efficiently, especially with inventory tracking across different warehouses. PrestaShop made it easier to organize and update stock levels, which saved me a lot of manual work. That said, the interface can get confusing when trying to customize beyond the basics, and some features felt a bit clunky.

Flexible but tricky setup
I gave PrestaShop a shot after trying WooCommerce and Magento. It’s nice that it’s free and flexible, but setting it up felt more complicated than I expected compared to WooCommerce’s simplicity. Also, the theme options aren’t as polished as Magento’s. Still, it’s decent if you want something customizable without paying a lot upfront.

Decent but a bit rough
The setup was kinda tricky at first and some features felt a bit clunky, but it does the basics alright. Not the smoothest experience, but it works if you’re patient and don’t need fancy stuff.

Solid for team use
Our team of six switched over to PrestaShop last year for managing our online store, and getting everyone up to speed was easier than I expected. Collaboration improved since the platform lets us assign roles and track changes in one place, though sometimes the interface can feel a bit clunky. Overall, it’s been a solid choice for our needs.

Smooth team adoption overall
Our team of six adopted PrestaShop about six months ago to manage our online store, and overall, it’s been a solid choice. Getting everyone up to speed took a little time, especially since some preferred other platforms, but once the basics clicked, collaboration on product updates and promotions became much smoother. The interface is relatively intuitive, which helped us avoid too many headaches during the transition, and the ability to assign roles keeps things organized. It’s not perfect—sometimes the plugins behave unpredictably—but for the price and flexibility, it works well for us.

Flexible and Feature-Rich
Tried Shopify and WooCommerce before settling on PrestaShop because it gave me more control without feeling overwhelming. The customization options won me over, even if the learning curve was a bit steeper than I expected.

Flexible and cost-effective choice
I looked at Shopify and WooCommerce before settling on PrestaShop, mainly because it offered more flexibility without locking me into expensive monthly fees. Setting up storefronts and customizing themes felt more straightforward here, though the interface can be a bit clunky at times. Overall, it balanced control and ease better than the others I tried.

Great catalog and SEO tools
The product catalog management is exactly what we needed to keep our growing inventory organized without much hassle. I also appreciate the built-in SEO options, which have helped boost our site’s visibility, though the interface could be a bit more intuitive for beginners.
