More pain than help

Honestly, kinda frustrating to use and kept messing up my email lists. Not worth the hassle for me.

Better automation and pricing

Tried Mailchimp and Constant Contact before, but Sendinblue really stood out with its straightforward email automation and cleaner interface. I liked how easy it was to segment my list and the built-in SMS option was a bonus I didn’t expect but now use regularly. The only slight gripe is that sometimes the email editor can be a bit glitchy, but overall, it’s reliable and the pricing felt fair for what I needed. Switched over mainly because of the better deliverability stats and the extra marketing features bundled in one place.

Good value for growing teams

Great for team email work

Our team of about 8 started using Sendinblue a few months ago after our manager pushed for a more unified email platform. Getting everyone on board took a little time since some folks preferred their old tools, but once we settled in, the collaboration features really helped us stay aligned and share templates easily. Sometimes it feels a bit clunky when scheduling campaigns, but overall it’s been a solid upgrade for our workflows.
