Great for team collaboration
Our team of eight started using Sisense to better handle our growing data needs, and overall, it’s been a smooth transition. At first, getting everyone on board was a bit challenging because some folks were used to simpler tools, but after a couple of training sessions, the collaboration features really helped bring everyone together. The dashboards are easy to share and update, which makes cross-department work much more efficient. I’d give it 4 stars because while it’s powerful, there’s a learning curve that slowed us down initially.

Reliable and evolving BI tool
Started using Sisense about five years ago, and it’s been impressive to see how much the platform has improved. The interface feels smoother now, and the data visualization options have expanded quite a bit, making it easier to build detailed dashboards. I’ve noticed the speed and reliability have also gotten better, which matters a lot when working with large datasets. Still, sometimes the learning curve for advanced features can be a bit steep for new users.

Smooth team adoption
Our team of six started using Sisense to streamline reporting, and getting everyone on board was easier than I expected since the interface is pretty intuitive. Collaboration improved because we could all access the same dashboards, which cut down on back-and-forth emails.

Smooth Setup and Onboarding
The setup was straightforward and the onboarding materials really helped me get everything running without too much hassle. Took a couple of hours to get familiar with the interface, but overall the learning curve wasn’t too steep.

Simplified our data chaos
Our team was drowning in siloed data and slow reporting, which made monthly performance reviews a nightmare. Sisense helped by pulling all those scattered sources into one dashboard that updates pretty much in real-time, which saved us hours every week. The customization options let me set up exactly the metrics my department cares about without relying on IT all the time. It’s not perfect—sometimes the interface can be a bit clunky—but overall it really streamlined our workflow.

Worth the investment overall
The pricing felt a bit steep at first, especially for a small team like ours, but the insights we've gained have made a noticeable difference in our decision-making. Over time, the ROI has been clear, and while it’s not the cheapest option out there, it’s definitely great value if you need solid analytics without constantly upgrading tools.

Strong modeling, limited visuals
The data modeling feature in Sisense really simplifies building complex dashboards without needing a ton of coding, which saved me a lot of time. However, the visualization customization options feel a bit limited compared to other tools I've used, so I wish they offered more flexibility there.

Great data modeling, decent embedding
The data modeling feature is exactly what we needed to simplify complex relationships without constantly writing SQL. Building dashboards is intuitive, and the drag-and-drop interface saves a ton of time. However, I found the embedded analytics a bit clunky and sometimes slow to load, which can be frustrating when sharing reports with stakeholders.

Smooth and quick setup
Setup was surprisingly quick, I had the main dashboards up in a couple hours. The onboarding materials were clear, though I stumbled a bit on the data modeling part at first.

Solved our data disconnect
Our team was drowning in disconnected data sources and manual reporting, which made it tough to get accurate insights on time. Sisense helped by pulling all our data into one dashboard, allowing us to build custom reports without waiting on IT every time. The drag-and-drop interface made it easier for non-technical folks to explore data, cutting down reporting time significantly. It’s not perfect—some of the more advanced features can be a bit clunky—but overall it really streamlined our workflow.
