Not what I expected
Was hoping for something smoother, but the app feels kinda clunky and syncing is slow sometimes. Kinda frustrating when you just wanna get stuff done quick.

Steady improvements over time
Started using this about five years ago and it’s definitely gotten smoother and more reliable over time. The interface feels cleaner now, and the recurring task options have improved a lot, making it easier to manage my daily to-dos.

Best task manager hands down
I tried Asana and Microsoft To Do before landing on Todoist, and this one just clicks better for how I organize tasks. The interface is clean without feeling stripped down, and the natural language input saves me so much time. Switching to Todoist made juggling work and personal stuff way less stressful.

Still my go-to task manager
Started using Todoist about five years ago, and it’s honestly become an essential part of how I organize my day. What’s impressed me most is how it’s steadily improved without losing the simplicity I liked in the beginning—features like recurring tasks and integrations have gotten much better and more intuitive. I also appreciate the way the mobile app syncs flawlessly with the desktop version, so nothing ever slips through the cracks. After all this time, it still feels like the best tool for juggling work and personal projects without getting overwhelming.

Finally Organized My Chaos
I was constantly forgetting deadlines and juggling too many small tasks across different projects, which made my workdays stressful and chaotic. Todoist helped me organize everything in one place with clear due dates and priority levels, so I finally got a handle on what really needed my attention each day. The recurring task feature has been a lifesaver for weekly errands and reminders, and the mobile app lets me add things on the go without missing a beat. It’s changed how I manage my time and honestly made me feel way less overwhelmed.

Consistent and improving task manager
Started using Todoist about five years ago, and I've seen it improve quite a bit since then. The interface has become cleaner and more intuitive, which makes managing daily tasks much easier. I appreciate how the reminders and project organization have gotten more flexible over time, helping me stay on top of both work and personal stuff. The only downside is that some of the best features are locked behind the premium version, but overall, it’s been a reliable tool for me.

Solid task manager with great design
Switched from Microsoft To Do and Trello after feeling like my tasks were too scattered. Todoist’s simple design and solid recurring task options won me over, plus the mobile app actually feels intuitive. I wish the free version had more collaboration features, but overall it keeps me on track better than the others I’ve tried.

Overall, setup was smooth and straightforward.
