Great Value for Teams

For the price, Trello delivers way more than I expected. The free plan is solid for basic needs, but upgrading to the paid version was totally worth it for the advanced features and integrations my team uses daily. It’s saved us a ton of time organizing projects, so the return on investment is clear—more productivity with less hassle. Honestly, for small to mid-sized teams, it’s great value and feels like money well spent.

Simple, effective project boards

The board and card system in Trello is exactly what we needed to keep our projects organized without feeling overwhelming. I love how easy it is to drag cards between lists and assign tasks to team members—it’s super intuitive. The calendar view helps me keep track of deadlines, though sometimes syncing it with my other calendars can be a bit glitchy. Overall, it’s been a solid tool that really fits my workflow.

Great card system, noisy alerts

The card organization with drag-and-drop is super smooth and saves me a ton of time. The notifications can get a bit overwhelming tho, especially when you’re juggling multiple projects.

Great for team organization

Our team of 8 switched to Trello a few months ago, and while it took a bit of nudging to get everyone comfortable, it's really helped keep our projects visible and deadlines clear. Collaboration feels more natural now, especially since we can comment directly on tasks and move cards around during meetings. The only hiccup is that sometimes the notifications get a little overwhelming.

Finally Organized Our Workflow

Our small team was constantly losing track of who was handling which part of a project, and deadlines were slipping because things got buried in endless email threads. Trello made it super easy to visualize every task on a board, so now I can see at a glance what’s done, what’s in progress, and what’s up next. The drag-and-drop cards and due date reminders helped us stay organized without any complicated setup. Honestly, it saved us from a lot of stress and kept the project moving smoothly.

Simple and easy to use

I like using Trello for keeping my projects in check, especially cause the drag and drop boards make organizing super easy. Sometimes it glitches when syncing with my phone but other than that, it’s been solid for tracking deadlines and stuff.

Great boards, automation needs work

The drag-and-drop boards make organizing tasks really simple and intuitive, which saved me a lot of time. The automation feature is helpful but sometimes feels a bit limited for more complex workflows.

Super helpful and easy to use

Honestly, Trello has been a lifesaver for keeping my projects organized without feeling overwhelmed. The drag-and-drop boards make moving tasks around super easy, and I love how you can add checklists and due dates to keep stuff on track. Sometimes the notifications get a bit much, but overall it’s really helped me stay on top of things without any hassle.

Finally Organized Our Workflow

Our team was drowning in scattered to-do lists and missed deadlines until we started using Trello. Setting up boards for each project made it way easier to track progress and assign tasks, though sometimes the notifications get a bit overwhelming.
