Super handy for quick vids

Vidyard’s been a solid find for sharing quick videos with my team. Love how easy it is to record and send stuff without jumping through hoops. The playback quality’s usually pretty good, though sometimes the upload speed drags a bit. Definitely cuts down on email back-and-forth, which is a win in my book.

Great for team video updates

Our team of about 15 started using Vidyard a few months ago after management encouraged us to switch for better client communication. Getting everyone to adopt it was smoother than expected since the interface is pretty straightforward, and now sharing quick video updates has really helped cut down on lengthy emails. The only hiccup is sometimes the videos take a bit longer to load, but overall it’s boosted how we collaborate.

Good value for the features

Vidyard isn’t the cheapest option out there, but for what it offers, I think it’s worth the cost. The ability to track video engagement and integrate smoothly with my CRM has definitely helped improve follow-ups, which pays off in the long run. For small teams like mine, it feels like a solid investment rather than an unnecessary expense. Just wish the advanced features weren't locked behind higher-tier plans.

Quick and smooth setup

Setup was surprisingly quick and I had it running in under 30 minutes. The onboarding was straightforward, though I stumbled a bit figuring out some of the advanced settings.

Consistently improving video tool

Started using Vidyard about three years ago, and honestly, it's only gotten better with time. The interface was solid from the get-go, but they've definitely added more useful features that make video sharing and tracking way easier for my workflow. Sometimes the video export options can be a bit confusing at first, but overall, it’s been super reliable and the support team has helped me out whenever I hit a snag.

Best for video insights

Switched from Loom and Wistia, and Vidyard just nails the video customization and analytics in a way those tools didn’t. It’s super easy to embed videos in emails and the viewer insights have helped me actually tailor follow-ups better.

Streamlined team communication

Our team of about 12 started using Vidyard mainly to share quick video updates and walkthroughs, and it really helped cut down on long email chains. Getting everyone on board took a little nudging since some folks preferred traditional text, but once we saw how much easier collaboration became, the adoption went smoothly. The ability to leave comments directly on videos made feedback faster and clearer, which was a big win for our projects. Overall, it's become an essential tool for keeping everyone aligned without endless meetings.
