Best for detailed video analytics
Switched from Loom and Wistia but ended up sticking with Vidyard because the video analytics are way more detailed and it integrates smoothly with our CRM. The interface feels a bit clunky at times, but overall it’s been a solid choice for tracking engagement and customizing video experiences.

Good value for features
Vidyard isn’t the cheapest option out there, but for the features it offers, it feels like a solid investment. The video analytics and integration capabilities have helped me see real ROI, especially when reaching out to clients. For what I get, it’s definitely worth the cost.

Great for team communication
Our team of 12 switched to Vidyard for quick video updates, and getting everyone on board was surprisingly smooth since it just made sharing info so much easier. Collaboration feels more natural now, especially when we can leave comments directly on videos.

Consistently improving video tool
Started using Vidyard about three years ago, and it's been a solid tool for sharing video content with clients. Over time, I've noticed the platform getting smoother, especially with its integration options and analytics, which have become way more insightful. The interface feels a lot more intuitive now, making it easier to produce and track videos without a steep learning curve. Sometimes exporting videos can be a bit slow, but overall, it's been a dependable part of my workflow.

Started using this about three years ago, and it has definitely improved a lot since then—especially the video analytics and integrations. It’s been reliable for sharing content, though sometimes the editing tools feel a bit limited.

Great analytics and customization
The video analytics dashboard gives really clear insights that helped me fine-tune my content strategy. Also, the customization options for video players worked great to keep everything on brand, though it would be nice if the editing tools were a bit more intuitive.

Good value for the price
The pricing felt a bit steep at first, but the boost in engagement I saw made it totally worth it. Definitely a solid return on the investment for the features offered.

Perfect balance of features and ease
Switched from Loom and Wistia for our team videos and Vidyard really stood out because of how easy it is to customize video thumbnails and embed them directly into emails. Loom was simpler but lacked the in-depth analytics we needed, while Wistia felt too complex for daily use. Vidyard strikes a great balance between user-friendliness and powerful features, making it a solid choice for both quick shares and detailed insights.
