Solid and simple accounting
Wave's pretty solid for keeping track of invoices and expenses, and I like that it's free. Wish the mobile app was a bit smoother though.

Reliable and improving over time
Started using Wave Accounting about five years ago, and it’s honestly grown on me. The interface feels smoother now, and features like invoicing and receipt scanning have really improved since I first signed up. It’s reliable for my small biz without throwing too many extra bells and whistles that I don’t need.

Solid and improving tool
Started using Wave about five years ago, and it’s definitely improved a lot since then. The interface feels smoother now, and they’ve added features that actually help me keep better track of my invoices and expenses. Overall, it’s stayed simple but gotten more reliable over time.

Great value for the price
For a free accounting tool, Wave offers solid features that feel like a steal. The paid add-ons aren’t cheap, but they’re optional and really boost productivity if you need them.

Not what I expected
Tried Wave Accounting hoping for an easy solution, but honestly it was kinda frustrating. The interface felt clunky and some features just didn’t work how I expected, especially the invoicing part which kept glitching on me. Also, customer support was slow to respond, which didn’t help when I was stuck. Not the worst out there, but definitely not what I needed for smooth bookkeeping.

Solid value for small biz
Wave Accounting feels like a solid deal for what you get, especially if you're running a small business. The pricing is straightforward and honestly, I’ve found it saves me time and hassle, so the return on investment is clear. I do wish some features were a bit more customizable, but for the price, it’s definitely worth the investment. Overall, great value without breaking the bank.

Simple and mostly reliable
Wave's been solid for keeping track of my invoices and expenses, super easy to use and free which is sweet. Sometimes it glitches when importing bank transactions but nothing too annoying.

Quick and simple setup
Setup was straightforward and I had it up and running within an hour. The onboarding guides made things clear without feeling overwhelming.

Simple, solid accounting for small biz
I initially tried QuickBooks but found it a bit overwhelming and pricey for my small business. Then I gave FreshBooks a shot, but its invoicing features felt limited compared to what I needed. Wave Accounting stood out because it’s simple to use and offers solid free features like bank connections and receipt scanning without pushing me to upgrade constantly. While it’s not perfect—sometimes the reporting feels basic—it handles everyday bookkeeping without a hitch and saves me a lot of time.

Simple and pretty reliable
Wave makes tracking expenses super easy and I like that it’s free for basic stuff. Took me a bit to figure out some of the features, but once I got the hang of it, it saved me a bunch of time. Wish the mobile app was a bit smoother though.
