Smooth and straightforward setup
Getting everything set up with Workable was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding materials made it easy to understand the platform without feeling overwhelmed, and I had the main features up and running in just a couple of hours. There was a slight learning curve when customizing the workflows, but overall, it didn’t slow me down much. Definitely felt like the time spent setting it up paid off.

Worth the investment overall
Workable isn’t the cheapest option out there, but honestly, it feels worth every penny for what we get. The ability to streamline our hiring process has saved us a ton of time, so the ROI shows up quickly. For a small team like ours, it’s great value, though I can see how it might feel a bit pricey for really basic needs. Just wish the reporting tools were a bit more flexible though.

Solid tracking, scheduling needs work
The candidate tracking feature works great and really helped keep our hiring organized, but the interview scheduling could use some improvements—it’s a bit clunky and sometimes glitches.

Easy enough to use
Workable’s been pretty solid for managing job posts and tracking applicants, really easy to use overall. Sometimes it feels a bit slow loading all the listings, but nothing too annoying. Definitely saved me a bunch of time compared to what we did before.

Great tracking, scheduling needs polish
The candidate tracking is exactly what we needed to keep everything organized, but the interview scheduling feels a bit clunky sometimes. Overall, it saves me a lot of back-and-forth emails.

Great tracking, scheduling needs work
The candidate tracking system really helps keep everything organized and easy to follow, which saves me a lot of time. I also like the interview scheduling feature, though it could be a bit more intuitive when syncing with calendars.

Great tracking, clunky reports
The candidate tracking system really keeps everything organized and saves me a lot of time. The reporting feature is useful but could be more intuitive.

Gets the job done, kinda slow
Workable is alright for posting jobs and keeping track of applicants, but sometimes it feels a bit clunky and slow. The interface isn’t the most intuitive, which can be frustrating when you’re in a rush. It does cover the basics, though, so if you don’t need anything fancy, it should get the job done. Just wish it was smoother overall.

Mixed feelings on adoption
Our team of about 10 started using Workable because the boss wanted a unified hiring tool, but getting everyone to actually use it consistently was a bit of a struggle. Some folks liked how it streamlined candidate tracking, while others found the interface clunky and hard to navigate. Overall, it helped with collaboration during hiring, but adoption felt uneven across the group.

Simplified Hiring Chaos
Our hiring process used to be a mess, with resumes scattered across emails and no real way to collaborate on candidate feedback. Workable helped us centralize everything in one place, making it way easier to track applicants and coordinate with the team. The interview scheduling feature saved us tons of back-and-forth emails, which was a huge time saver in our fast-paced environment. It’s not perfect—sometimes the reporting tools feel a bit clunky—but overall it fixed our biggest headache.
