Solved resume overload chaos
We were drowning in resume overload and struggled to keep track of candidates across multiple roles. Workable's centralized dashboard made it way easier to organize applications and communicate with the team without losing track of anyone. It saved us a ton of time and confusion during our busiest hiring season.

Helped with resume overload
Our small HR team was swamped with sorting resumes manually until we started using Workable's applicant tracking. It made organizing candidates way simpler, but sometimes the job posting sync glitches and that slows us down.

Good value for smooth hiring
Workable isn’t the cheapest option out there, but for the features and ease it brings, it’s definitely worth the spend. Our hiring process feels smoother, so the time saved justifies the cost for us.

Decent but needs polish
Started using this about three years ago, and while the platform has definitely added new features, some of the updates feel more complicated than helpful. The candidate tracking is solid, but the interface can be clunky at times, and customer support hasn't always been responsive when issues pop up.

Clunky and frustrating to use
I gave Workable a shot after trying Greenhouse and Lever, hoping it would be simpler to use. Honestly, the interface felt cluttered and unintuitive, which slowed down our hiring process instead of speeding it up. Greenhouse was much easier to navigate and customize for our needs, and Lever offered better candidate tracking features. Workable’s reporting tools were also pretty basic compared to these other platforms, making it tough to get valuable insights.

Good scheduling, awful tracking
The interview scheduling feature is pretty handy but the candidate tracking feels clunky and often glitches out which is super frustrating. Wish they’d fix that soon.

Solid, user-friendly hiring tool
We started out using Greenhouse but found it a bit overwhelming for our small team. Then we gave Lever a shot, but the pricing and complexity felt like overkill. Workable struck a nice balance with a clean interface that made posting jobs and managing applicants straightforward without a steep learning curve. The reporting features are solid too, which helped us keep track of hiring progress without jumping through hoops.

Great candidate tracking system
The candidate tracking system is exactly what we needed to keep our hiring organized and moving smoothly. I also like the interview scheduling feature—super convenient—but the reporting tools could use a bit more depth to get the insights we want.

Does the job, nothing fancy
Workable does the basics alright and helps keep track of applicants without much fuss. Sometimes it feels a bit clunky or slow, especially when switching between job listings. The interface isn’t the most intuitive, but once you get used to it, it’s manageable. Honestly, it’s okay for what I need, but nothing to get excited about.

Finally Organized Hiring Process
Our hiring process was a mess with tons of spreadsheets and emails flying around, making it impossible to track candidates properly. Workable helped us centralize everything in one place, and finally gave us clear visibility on where each applicant stood—cutting our follow-up time in half. The interview scheduling feature specifically saved us a lot of headaches coordinating with different team members.
