Great ATS, scheduling shines
The candidate tracking system makes organizing applications super easy, and I love how seamless the interview scheduling is. The reporting tools could be a bit more intuitive, though.

Great for team hiring
Our team of 8 started using Workable to keep track of applicants and honestly, getting everyone on board was smoother than I expected. The collaboration features helped us comment and share feedback easily, though sometimes the notifications feel a bit overwhelming. Overall, it’s made hiring a lot less chaotic for us.

Disappointing compared to others
I gave Workable a shot after trying Greenhouse and Lever, but honestly, it just didn’t live up to the others. The interface felt clunky and unintuitive, making it a pain to set up job postings and track candidates efficiently. Greenhouse, in comparison, offers way better customization and a smoother workflow, which was a lifesaver for our hiring process. If you want a tool that’s reliable and actually makes recruiting easier, I’d recommend skipping Workable.

Finally streamlined hiring
Our hiring process was all over the place and we kept losing track of candidates after the first interview. Workable helped us centralize everything, making it way easier to follow up and keep everyone in the loop. The only small gripe is that the mobile app can be a bit clunky sometimes.

Great for team hiring
Our team of about 8 started using Workable after the boss pushed for a better hiring tool. Getting everyone on board took a couple weeks, but now it really helps us keep track of candidates and share feedback smoothly. The collaboration features cut down on email chaos, though sometimes the interface feels a bit clunky.

Great candidate tracking, minor scheduling hiccups
The candidate tracking system in Workable really streamlines the hiring process for our small team. It’s easy to see where each applicant is at without digging through tons of emails. The interview scheduling feature mostly works well, though it sometimes glitches when syncing with different calendar apps which can be a bit frustrating. Overall, it saved me a ton of time and avoided a lot of back-and-forth with candidates.

Solid choice for smoother hiring
Switched from Greenhouse after struggling with its clunky interface and found Workable much smoother for managing job postings and candidate communication. I also tried Lever briefly, but Workable’s reporting tools and ease of use made it stand out for our small recruiting team. The platform doesn’t overwhelm with features, which is a relief, but I did notice some delays in customer support response times. Overall, it fits well with how we handle hiring and keeps things simple without sacrificing functionality.

Decent but needs polish
Been with them for over 3 years now, the interface has definitely improved but some features still feel clunky and outdated. Support used to be quicker but lately it takes longer to get issues resolved.

Great for team hiring
Our team of about 10 switched over to Workable a few months ago and it was a bit rough getting everyone on board at first, but now it really helps us keep track of candidates and collaborate on feedback without endless emails. Honestly, it’s made the hiring process smoother even if some features feel a little clunky.

Good but a bit pricey
Workable’s pricing isn’t exactly cheap, and I found it a bit hard to justify the cost at first. For smaller teams, it feels like you’re paying a premium for features that might not get fully used. That said, the streamlined workflow did save us some time, so there’s some value in that if you’re looking to cut down on manual tasks. Overall, it’s decent but I’d like to see a more flexible pricing option.
