Simple and effective ATS
Tried Greenhouse and Lever before but Workable just felt more intuitive when setting up job posts and managing candidates. The interview scheduling is a bit clunky compared to others though, but overall it saved me a lot of back-and-forth emails. Definitely worth considering if you want something straightforward without too much fuss.

Great scheduling, tricky reporting
The interview scheduling tool saved me so much time by syncing perfectly with my calendar, but the reporting dashboard could be more intuitive to navigate.

Gets the job done
Does the basics fine but sometimes feels a bit clunky when juggling multiple job posts. Wish it was a bit more intuitive overall.

Great for team hiring
Our team of 8 switched to Workable last quarter, and getting everyone on board was smoother than expected. It’s helped us keep track of candidates better, though sometimes the interface feels a bit cluttered during busy periods.

Reliable hiring tool
Been with Workable for about three years now, and I've definitely seen it improve over time. The interface has gotten smoother and some of the earlier glitches have mostly disappeared. It really helps streamline the hiring process, though sometimes the reporting features can be a bit clunky. Overall, it’s been a solid tool that keeps getting better with updates.

Useful but with quirks
Started using Workable about three years ago, and while they've added some useful features, the interface still feels clunky at times. It does the job for posting jobs and tracking applicants, but occasional glitches and slow customer support can be frustrating. Overall, it’s been a mixed bag for our hiring process.

Finally organized hiring process
Our hiring process was a mess with everyone juggling spreadsheets and emails, which made tracking candidates a nightmare. Workable helped us centralize everything in one place, so now we can see each applicant's progress without any confusion. The interview scheduling feature saved us a ton of back-and-forth emails, especially since our team is spread across different time zones. It hasn't fixed every little quirk, but it's made managing recruitment way more manageable for our small team.

Decent but clunky for team use
Our team of about 10 started using Workable because the boss insisted, but getting everyone comfortable with it has been slow. Some find the interface clunky which slows down collaboration, though it does help keep track of candidates in one place.

Simplified job posting chaos
We were drowning in managing multiple job postings across various platforms, and it was a nightmare keeping everything organized. Workable simplified that by consolidating all our listings in one place and streamlining candidate tracking, which saved us hours each week. It’s not perfect, but it made a huge difference in how smoothly our hiring process runs now.

Solid tool for hiring
Workable’s been pretty solid for sorting out job posts and keeping track of applicants. I like how easy it is to collaborate with the team without jumping through hoops. Sometimes the interface feels a bit clunky when switching between different stages, but overall it gets the job done without much hassle.
