Worth the investment overall
Workable costs a bit more than some other options, but from my experience, it totally pays for itself. The platform streamlines the hiring process so much that we save hours every week, which is a huge ROI for us. For small teams, it’s great value since you don’t have to juggle multiple tools. The only downside is the pricing tiers can be a little confusing at first, but once you’re in, it’s worth the investment.

Improving steadily over time
Started using this about four years ago, and I’ve seen steady improvements that make hiring smoother without a steep learning curve. The interface feels cleaner now and some features that were missing are finally there, which helps a lot in day-to-day recruiting.

Improved a lot over time
Started using this about three years ago and it’s definitely improved with every update. What I like most is how much easier it’s become to track candidates and collaborate with the team compared to when I first started.

Good value for the cost
Workable costs a bit more than I expected, but the time it saves hiring is definitely worth it. For the size of my team, it’s a solid investment with good ROI.

Smooth setup and easy tracking
Tried Greenhouse and Lever before switching to Workable, and honestly, it felt way easier to set up and manage our listings here. The reporting isn’t as deep as Greenhouse’s, but the interface is cleaner and made posting jobs quicker—plus the candidate tracking is solid enough for our small team. Only wish the mobile app was a bit smoother, but overall, it’s been a good fit.

Decent but a bit pricey
The pricing felt a bit steep for the features we actually used, and I’m not sure the ROI fully justifies the cost for smaller teams. It works well enough, but I was hoping for more bang for the buck.

Smooth and Straightforward Hiring
I switched from Greenhouse after finding Workable's interface much easier to navigate, especially when managing multiple job listings at once. I also looked at Lever, but Workable’s reporting features and candidate tracking felt more straightforward for our small team. Overall, it just fit better with how we handle recruitment day-to-day without feeling overly complicated.

Reliable and improving over time
Started using Workable about three years ago when my company was still small, and it's been impressive to see how much the platform has improved. Features like candidate tracking and interview scheduling have become more intuitive, which saves me time every hiring cycle. The occasional glitch with integrations can be a bit frustrating, but overall, it feels like the team listens to user feedback and updates the tool thoughtfully. Definitely a solid choice for managing recruitment as your needs grow.

Smooth and straightforward setup
Getting everything set up with Workable was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding process walked me through the essentials clearly, and I had most of our team’s job postings live within a couple hours. There was a slight learning curve figuring out some of the advanced features, but nothing too frustrating. Overall, it felt like a solid balance between quick setup and enough depth once you dig in.
