Solid and improving over time
Started using Workday about five years ago, and it’s definitely improved a lot since then. Some features that used to feel clunky have become much more intuitive, and updates seem to focus on fixing real pain points. It’s not perfect, but it’s become an essential tool in my daily workflow.

Payroll and PTO made easy
We used to spend hours manually tracking time-off requests and payroll adjustments, which always caused delays. Workday streamlined the entire process, making approvals and updates instant and error-free for our HR team.

Smooth setup, minor learning curve
Setup was pretty smooth and the onboarding materials helped me get going faster than I expected, though there was a slight learning curve getting used to some of the features.

Worth the investment
Workday’s pricing isn’t cheap, but considering how much time it saves on payroll and HR tasks, it feels like a solid investment. The ROI shows up pretty quickly once the system is set up and running smoothly. For what we get, it’s definitely worth it.

Simplified PTO Management
Tracking employee time off used to be a nightmare for our HR team, with tons of spreadsheets and missed requests. Workday made it so easy to manage all PTO requests in one place and instantly see who’s available, which saved us a ton of headaches.

Worth the investment
The pricing felt a bit steep at first, but the time we save managing payroll and HR makes it totally worth it. Definitely seen a good return on investment for our size.

Good value despite price
The pricing felt a bit on the higher side at first, but after a few months, the efficiency gains definitely justified the cost. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but for what it offers in streamlining HR and finance tasks, it’s great value overall. We’ve seen a solid return on investment, especially with reduced manual work.

Much smoother HR management
Switched from SAP SuccessFactors and tried Oracle HCM Cloud before landing on Workday. What sold me was how intuitive the interface feels compared to those other clunky systems, plus the reporting tools are way easier to customize on the fly. The only gripe is that sometimes updates throw off workflows and you have to adjust settings again.

Smooth team adoption overall
Our team of about 12 switched to Workday last year, and once everyone got used to it, collaboration on HR tasks definitely got smoother. The biggest hurdle was getting everyone trained, but now it feels like a solid part of our workflow.

Better interface and faster reporting
Switched from SAP SuccessFactors after struggling with its clunky interface, and Workday felt way smoother to navigate. I also looked at Oracle HCM, but Workday’s reporting features and overall speed won me over. One small gripe is that the mobile app can be a bit slow sometimes, but overall it’s made managing payroll and time off way easier for our team.
