Smooth team workflow overall
Our team of about 15 people started using Workday a few months ago after our manager pushed for a unified platform to handle everything from time tracking to payroll. Getting everyone on board was a bit of a challenge at first since some folks found the interface confusing, but once we got the hang of it, collaboration and approvals became way smoother. The integration between HR and project management tasks helped cut down on back-and-forth emails, which was nice. Still, the mobile app sometimes glitches when submitting timesheets, which can be frustrating during busy days.
