Smooth switch from competitors
Switched from SAP SuccessFactors after constant glitches and found Workday’s interface so much smoother and intuitive. Compared it to Oracle HCM Cloud too, but Workday’s reporting tools just made tracking payroll and performance way easier for our team.

Smooth setup with minor learning curve
Setup was actually pretty straightforward and the onboarding helped a lot. Took a couple days to get fully up to speed since there's a bit of a learning curve, but nothing too crazy.

Solid for Team Collaboration
Our team of about 12 switched to Workday last year, and once everyone got used to it, collaboration on HR tasks got way smoother. It took some time convincing a few folks, but now it’s our go-to for managing time off and payroll stuff.

Streamlined team HR tasks
Our team of about 12 switched to Workday last year, and honestly, getting everyone to actually use it took a bit longer than expected. Once we all got the hang of it, though, it really helped keep our HR requests and approvals streamlined, which made collaboration smoother. The shift from our old system wasn’t seamless, but having everything in one place definitely cut down on back-and-forth emails.

Worth the investment
The pricing for Workday initially felt a bit steep, especially for a mid-sized company like ours, but the return on investment has been clear. Automating payroll and HR tasks has saved us so much time that the cost quickly justified itself. Plus, having everything integrated in one place helps us avoid additional software expenses. Definitely worth the investment if you want to reduce manual work and errors.

Streamlined Team Workflow
Our team of about 12 people switched to Workday last year after management pushed for a more unified system. At first, getting everyone on board was a bit of a challenge since some were used to older tools, but after a few weeks, it really helped streamline how we track time off and manage expenses. Collaboration across departments improved since we all had access to the same up-to-date info, which cut down a lot of back-and-forth emails. I’d say it’s made our workflow smoother overall, though the interface can feel a little clunky sometimes.

Worth the investment
The price is definitely on the higher side, but the efficiency gains we’ve seen make it worth it. It took a bit to get used to, but the ROI shows up quickly in streamlined HR tasks.

Solved payroll headaches fast
Our HR team was drowning in payroll errors and manual timesheet tracking, which made payday a nightmare. Workday's automated time tracking and payroll integration cleared up most of those headaches, saving us hours each week. Sometimes the interface feels a bit clunky, but overall it got the job done way better than before.

Smooth transition for team tasks
Our team of about 15 people started using Workday last year after the management decided to centralize HR and payroll tasks. Getting everyone on board wasn’t too painful since the interface is pretty intuitive, and the training sessions helped smooth out the bumps. What really stood out was how much easier it made collaboration between HR and managers when handling time-off requests and performance reviews. Overall, it’s been a solid change that keeps things organized and transparent across the board.
