Smooth team collaboration tool
Our team of 12 switched to Workday last year, and getting everyone on board was surprisingly smooth thanks to its intuitive design. It’s made coordinating schedules and managing tasks way easier, which really helped us sync up faster during projects.

Smooth but steady setup
Getting everything up and running took a couple of weeks, but the onboarding team was really helpful and made the learning curve manageable.

Smooth transition with minor hiccups
Our team of about 15 people started using Workday when our manager decided to roll it out for all HR and project tracking. Getting everyone on board wasn’t too painful, mostly because the interface is fairly intuitive, though some of the more detailed reporting features took a bit of exploring. The collaboration features have helped cut down on a lot of back-and-forth emails when it comes to leave requests and timesheets. Overall, it’s streamlined a lot of processes, even if it feels a bit slow at times.

Smooth team adoption overall
Our team of about 12 people started using Workday a few months ago after management pushed for a more unified system. Getting everyone on board was a bit of a challenge at first since some folks were used to the old process, but once we got the hang of it, collaboration improved a lot. It's much easier now to track time off requests and manage schedules without the back-and-forth emails. The dashboard could be more intuitive, but overall it’s helped our team stay organized and aligned.

Time Tracking Works Well
The time tracking feature is spot on for keeping everything organized and easy to manage. On the other hand, the reporting dashboard feels a bit clunky and could use some improvements to make data analysis faster.

Intuitive and reliable HR tool
Switched from SAP SuccessFactors and ADP, and Workday just felt way more intuitive for managing payroll and HR tasks. The reporting tools are cleaner, and updates don’t break my workflow like they sometimes did before.

Smooth switch from SAP SuccessFactors
We switched from SAP SuccessFactors to Workday last year, and the difference in ease of use was noticeable right away. Workday’s interface feels more intuitive, especially when managing payroll and time tracking, which saved our HR team a lot of headaches. I also looked at Oracle HCM, but it was more complex and less flexible for our mid-sized company’s needs. Overall, Workday strikes a good balance between robust features and user-friendliness, though sometimes the reporting tools can be a bit slow.

Smooth setup overall
Setup took a couple days but the onboarding was clear enough to get most of the team up to speed quickly. The learning curve wasn’t too bad once we got through the initial config, though some parts were a bit confusing at first.

Intuitive and efficient HR tool
Tried SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle HCM before, but Workday felt way more intuitive and faster to navigate for our HR team. The reporting tools especially saved us a ton of time compared to the others.

Smooth setup with minor hiccups
Setup was surprisingly smooth and the onboarding helped get the team up to speed faster than I expected. Took a bit of time figuring out some of the more complex features, but overall not too bad.
