Solid time tracking, reports lag

The time tracking feature works great for keeping everything organized, but the reporting tool can be a bit clunky and slow at times.

Best fit for payroll & recruiting

Tried both Oracle HCM and SAP SuccessFactors before settling on Workday, and I have to say Workday just clicks better for our team's payroll and recruiting needs. The interface is way more intuitive, and reporting feels less like a hassle. Switching to Workday saved us a ton of time and headaches compared to the clunkier systems we had before.

Smooth team transition

Worth the investment overall

The pricing is definitely on the higher side, but from my experience, it’s worth it once you get everything set up. The ROI showed pretty quickly thanks to smoother payroll and time tracking, so I don’t mind the cost much. Could be tough for smaller teams though since it's not exactly cheap.

Reliable with steady improvements

Started using this about five years ago, and it’s definitely improved in terms of speed and user interface. I appreciate how they’ve added more self-service options over time, which makes managing payroll and time off much easier. Still a couple of quirks here and there, but overall it’s become a reliable part of our workflow.

Surprisingly easy and smooth

Honestly surprised how smooth Workday is. It’s way easier to navigate than I thought and has all the features I actually use without feeling bloated. Sometimes it’s a bit slow loading stuff, but nothing too annoying. Overall, makes tracking time and stuff way less of a headache.

Smooth team coordination tool
