Smooth and quick setup

The onboarding process was straightforward and the setup didn’t take long at all. It felt intuitive from the start, so the learning curve was pretty gentle.

Solid time tracking, clunky reports

The time tracking feature in Workday is exactly what we needed to keep better tabs on hours without the usual hassle. It’s straightforward and pretty reliable, which saves me time every week. On the other hand, the reporting tool feels a bit clunky and could be more intuitive—sometimes it takes me longer than I'd like to get the data I want. Overall though, it’s a solid system that gets the job done without too much fuss.

Smooth team adoption overall

Our team of about 10 switched to Workday last year, and once everyone got the hang of it, it really helped streamline how we manage time off and track projects. The initial push from management made adoption smoother than expected, though a few folks took a while to get comfortable with the interface. Overall, it’s made collaboration easier and saved us from juggling multiple spreadsheets.

Great for Payroll and Reporting

Switched from SAP SuccessFactors and found Workday’s interface much more intuitive, especially for payroll and time tracking. Compared it to Oracle HCM too, but Workday’s reporting features felt more straightforward for our HR team.

Smooth switch for the team

Our team of about 12 switched over to Workday last quarter, and honestly getting everyone on board was smoother than I expected. The boss made us try it to streamline time-off requests and payroll, and now collaboration feels way less scattered since everything’s in one place. Only hiccup is the occasional slow loading when too many of us jump in at once.

Smooth and straightforward setup

Setup was surprisingly smooth and didn’t take as long as I expected—had things mostly configured in a couple days. The onboarding materials were clear, and I found the learning curve pretty manageable, even with no prior experience. Only thing is some of the terminology could be a bit confusing at first but nothing major.

Good value despite cost

Steady improvements over time

Started using this about five years ago, and it’s definitely improved since then. The interface feels smoother now and new features have made managing tasks easier, though occasionally updates introduce small bugs. Overall, it’s become more reliable for daily use without feeling overwhelming.
