The time tracking feature in Workday is exactly what we needed to keep better tabs on hours without the usual hassle. It’s straightforward and pretty reliable, which saves me time every week. Great for Payroll and Reporting
Switched from SAP SuccessFactors and found Workday’s interface much more intuitive, especially for payroll and time tracking. Compared it to Oracle HCM too, but Workday’s reporting features felt more straightforward for our HR team.
