Saved Our Payroll Process

Our HR team was drowning in manual payroll errors and endless timesheet corrections, which slowed down the whole process. Workday made it so much easier by automating payroll and giving everyone clear visibility into their hours, cutting down mistakes and saving us hours every week. It finally feels like payroll runs itself instead of being a constant headache.

Worth the investment

The price definitely felt steep at first, but after seeing how much time it saved our HR team, it’s clear that Workday pays for itself. For the features and support we get, it’s great value — especially for a company trying to scale efficiently.

Solid and user-friendly

Workday’s interface is pretty easy to get the hang of, which is a relief since there’s a lot going on. I like how smoothly it handles time tracking and expense reports without extra headaches. Sometimes it feels a bit slow loading certain pages, but overall it’s reliable and doesn’t crash on me. Definitely helps keep things organized without too much fuss.

Payroll headaches solved

Our payroll was always a headache with errors and delays, but switching to Workday cleared all that up. The automated calculations saved me hours each month and finally got everyone paid on time without chasing down approvals.

Improving with time

Started using Workday about five years ago, and I've definitely seen it improve over time. Some old features felt clunky at first, but updates have made navigation smoother and reporting way more intuitive. Still wish the mobile app was a bit more reliable though.

Streamlined team management

Our team of about 10 switched over last year, and while getting everyone used to it took a few weeks, it definitely helped streamline how we track time off and manage approvals. The collaboration features have made it easier to keep everything transparent, which our manager really appreciates. Overall, it's been a solid tool for keeping us all connected on administrative stuff.

Smooth setup, worth the time

The setup process was surprisingly smooth and the onboarding materials made it easy to get started without too much confusion. Took a bit longer than I expected, around a week, but totally worth it once everything was up and running. The learning curve was manageable, though some features took a little digging to fully understand.

Worth the investment

Workday isn’t the cheapest option out there, but honestly, it’s worth every penny for how much time it saves our HR team. The upfront cost felt steep, but once you consider the reduction in manual work and errors, the ROI is clear. For a company of our size, it’s a solid investment that pays off with smoother payroll and better employee data management.

More frustrating over time

Started using this about five years ago and honestly, it just feels like each update makes things more complicated instead of simpler. What used to be straightforward has gotten cluttered with features that don’t really work well together, and customer support has been frustratingly slow to respond lately.

Time tracking made simple

The time tracking feature in Workday has made managing hours so much easier for our whole team. I love how intuitive it is to log time and adjust entries on the fly without jumping through hoops. Also, the reporting tools give really clear insights into where everyone's time is going, which helps when planning projects. Honestly, it’s saved us a ton of back-and-forth and confusion.
