Smooth setup with minor hiccups
Setup was surprisingly quick, had it up and running within a couple hours. The onboarding tutorials helped a lot, though I still had to figure some things out on my own which took a bit of time.

Smooth and straightforward setup
Getting Wrike up and running was smoother than I expected. The onboarding materials were clear, and I had the basics set up within a couple of hours without much hassle. There was a slight learning curve when trying to customize workflows, but the support docs helped a lot. Overall, it felt like a solid setup experience that didn’t drag on.

Hard to get the team onboard
Our team of 10 was forced to switch to Wrike, but getting everyone to actually use it was a pain since the interface is confusing and some features just feel clunky for day-to-day tasks. Collaboration hasn’t really improved because people still prefer email or chat instead.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 12 started using Wrike a few months ago after our manager pushed for better project tracking. Getting everyone on board took a couple of weeks, but once we settled in, collaboration really improved—especially with task updates and file sharing all in one place. It’s helped us stay aligned without endless email chains.

Works okay, a bit clunky
It gets the job done for keeping track of tasks, but the interface can feel a bit clunky sometimes.

Improved deadline visibility
Our team struggled to keep project deadlines visible across multiple departments, and Wrike helped centralize task tracking so everyone stayed in the loop. That said, the interface can feel clunky and it still takes some work to set up custom workflows the way we need.

Worth the cost overall
The pricing felt a bit steep at first, but after a few months using Wrike, the way it streamlined our project management really made it worth the cost. For the efficiency gains we’ve seen, it definitely pays for itself, especially with features that keep everyone on the same page without extra back-and-forth.

Solid project helper
Wrike's been pretty solid for keeping my projects on track. I like how easy it is to assign tasks and track deadlines without a million clicks. Sometimes it feels a bit clunky when switching views, but overall it gets the job done well.

Clunky and Overcomplicated
Tried Wrike after using Asana and Trello, hoping for something more robust, but honestly it felt clunky and overwhelming. The interface isn’t very intuitive, and setting up tasks took way longer than expected. Asana felt much smoother to manage daily projects, and Trello’s simplicity was a better fit for my team’s workflow. Wrike might work for bigger, more complex projects, but for small to mid-sized teams, the competitors handle things more gracefully.

Setup Was More Trouble Than Help
Getting Wrike up and running was way more complicated than expected, and the onboarding didn’t really help clarify much. It took longer than it should have just to get a basic workflow going.
