Great timeline, notifications tricky
The timeline view in Wrike is exactly what we needed for keeping track of overlapping projects. It makes visualizing deadlines super easy and has helped us avoid a few scheduling headaches. The collaboration tools are decent, but sometimes the notifications feel a bit overwhelming and could use some tweaking to be more manageable. Overall, it’s been a solid asset for our team’s workflow.

Flexible but somewhat clunky
Tried Asana and Monday.com before settling on Wrike, mainly because its task management felt more flexible for our projects. It handles dependencies better than the others, but the interface can be a bit clunky and slow at times, which gets frustrating. Overall, it’s decent for collaboration but not as intuitive as I hoped.

Worth the cost over time
The pricing felt a bit steep at first, but the time saved on project management quickly made it worth it for our team. Definitely a solid return on investment if you use it consistently.

Useful but getting cumbersome
Started using Wrike about four years ago, and while it’s grown with more features, some updates have made the interface clunkier for daily use. The task management and reporting tools are solid and have helped keep my team organized, but occasional bugs and slow loading times can be frustrating. It feels like the platform tries to do a bit too much now, which sometimes gets in the way of the straightforward project tracking I initially liked.

Good but pricey for small teams
The pricing feels a bit steep, especially for smaller teams, and I’m not sure the features fully justify the cost. It works okay, but I expected better value for what I’m paying each month.

Finally tracked deadlines clearly
Our team was constantly losing track of deadlines across multiple projects, which caused a lot of last-minute chaos. Wrike’s clear task timelines and easy collaboration tools finally gave us a way to see who was responsible for what and when, cutting down missed deadlines significantly.

Helped with task tracking, barely
Our team was drowning in endless email threads and missed deadlines, and Wrike seemed like the answer to organize everything in one place. It did help us track tasks a bit better, but the interface is so clunky and slow that it actually made day-to-day use more frustrating. We still ended up going back to simpler tools because Wrike's complexity just didn't fit our workflow.

Good features, pricey for small teams
Wrike feels a bit on the expensive side for what you actually get, especially if you’re a small team just trying to manage basic projects. The features are solid, but some of the more advanced tools come at a higher price that doesn’t always translate into clear ROI unless you’re using them extensively. I found it offers decent value for mid-sized teams who really need robust tracking, but for casual users, the cost can be hard to justify. Overall, it’s reliable but I wish the pricing was a bit more flexible.

Cleared up task chaos
Our team was drowning in chaotic task assignments and missed deadlines until we started using Wrike. It helped us clearly see who’s responsible for what, and the timeline views made juggling multiple projects way easier. Still, sometimes the notifications get a bit overwhelming, but overall it saved us a bunch of headaches.

Task Dependencies Help, Time Tracking Lags
The task dependency feature is actually really helpful for keeping projects on track, especially when juggling multiple teams. However, the time tracking tool feels clunky and not very intuitive, which slows me down when logging hours. I wish Wrike would streamline that part to match the smoothness of other features.
