Saved time on invoices

Our small business was drowning in manual invoice tracking and payment follow-ups, which wasted so much time every week. Zoho Books made it way easier to automate invoicing and send reminders, cutting down on late payments significantly. Simplified invoicing and tracking

Handling client invoices and tracking expenses was a huge headache for my small consulting business. Zoho Books made it way easier by automating recurring invoices and giving me a clear snapshot of who has paid and who hasn’t. I especially liked how it linked directly with my bank account to reconcile transactions, which saved me hours each week. It’s not perfect — sometimes the mobile app glitches — but overall, it solved the biggest pain points around billing and bookkeeping.

Solid choice for bookkeeping

Tried QuickBooks and FreshBooks before, but Zoho Books won me over with its clean interface and strong automation features. The ability to easily track expenses and sync bank accounts saved me a lot of time compared to the others.

Smooth and Simple Setup

Getting Zoho Books up and running was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding guided me through everything clearly, and I had most of my accounts set up in under an hour with very little confusion. The learning curve was minimal, making it easy to dive right into managing invoices and expenses.

Reliable and Improving Over Time

Started using Zoho Books about four years ago, and I've definitely seen it improve a lot since then. The interface has become much more intuitive, and they've added features that genuinely make managing invoices and expenses easier. One thing I appreciate is how responsive their support has been whenever I've needed help. That said, the mobile app can still be a bit clunky compared to the desktop version, which is the main reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

Worth the investment

Zoho Books costs a bit more than some other options, but from what I've seen managing invoices and expenses, it really pays for itself. I get solid value considering the features packed in, especially for a small business like mine.

Great value and integration

Switched from QuickBooks and also tested FreshBooks, but Zoho Books stood out because of its clean interface and seamless integration with other Zoho apps we use daily. The automation features save me a ton of time on invoicing and expense tracking, though the reporting could be a bit more customizable.

Great for team collaboration

Our team of about 8 switched to Zoho Books a few months ago after the boss convinced us to try it out. Getting everyone on board was kinda smooth since the interface is pretty straightforward, though a couple of folks needed a bit of time to get used to some of the reporting features. Collaboration improved noticeably because we can all check invoices and expenses in real-time without emailing spreadsheets back and forth. The only hiccup so far has been syncing issues with our bank, but support was quick to help.

Great invoicing and reconciliation

The invoicing feature is exactly what we needed—it’s super straightforward to customize and send out invoices quickly. I also really appreciate the bank reconciliation tool; it saves a ton of time by matching transactions automatically. That said, the reporting section could use a bit more flexibility in terms of custom report creation, which sometimes feels limiting for our needs.

Invoice chaos finally managed

Keeping track of all my small business invoices was a nightmare, especially reconciling payments with bank statements each month.
