Invoicing needs improvement
The invoicing feature is confusing and often glitches when trying to customize templates. On the other hand, the expense tracking is decent but lacks some important automation, making it more manual than it should be.

Our team of eight was forced to switch to Zoho Books by management, and honestly, it’s been a struggle getting everyone to actually use it.
