Good screen share, breakout rooms glitchy
The screen sharing feature is really useful when trying to walk someone through complex steps, and it generally works without much hassle. However, the breakout rooms often glitch for me—participants sometimes get stuck or can’t rejoin the main meeting smoothly, which is frustrating during group discussions. Also, the audio quality can be spotty at times, making it hard to follow conversations. Overall, it’s okay for simple meetings, but these issues make it less reliable for anything important.

Smooth transition for remote teamwork
Our team of about 12 switched to Zoom during the shift to remote work, and honestly, it made collaborating way easier. Getting everyone on board took a couple of days since some folks preferred other apps, but once we settled in, meetings felt more organized and less chaotic than before. The screen sharing and breakout room features really helped when we were brainstorming or doing training sessions. The only downside is that sometimes connection hiccups cause awkward pauses, but overall it’s been a solid tool for keeping us connected.

Great for team check-ins
Our team of about 12 quickly jumped on Zoom once the boss insisted, and it really smoothed out our weekly check-ins and quick brainstorming sessions. It took a bit of nudging to get everyone comfortable, but now it’s our go-to for remote collaboration.

Solid value for video calls
Zoom's pricing feels fair for what it offers, especially if you rely on video calls regularly. It’s been a solid investment for keeping meetings smooth without breaking the bank.

Made remote meetings manageable
We were struggling to keep remote team meetings organized and on time, but Zoom’s easy scheduling and reliable video quality made our weekly check-ins way smoother and more productive.

Works well for group calls
Zoom’s really easy to jump into and the video quality is solid most of the time. Only thing is sometimes it glitches when there’s a lot of people in a call.

Great screen sharing, glitchy breakout rooms
The screen sharing feature is super smooth and makes collaboration easy during meetings. The breakout rooms also work well for smaller group discussions, though sometimes switching between them can be a bit glitchy.

Quick and smooth setup
Getting Zoom set up was surprisingly smooth—I had it running in about 10 minutes without any major hiccups. The onboarding guides were clear and helped me get the hang of features quickly, so the learning curve felt pretty gentle overall.

Solid and improving over time
Started using Zoom about five years ago and it’s really improved with every update. The video quality and stability have gotten noticeably better, making meetings way less frustrating.

Decent but not seamless
Our team of about 10 was pushed to Zoom by management, and while it works fine for most meetings, some folks still find it clunky and hard to stay engaged during long calls. Getting everyone to use it consistently took a few weeks, and collaboration feels hit or miss depending on who's comfortable with the features.
