Good grid, shaky automations
The grid view is actually pretty flexible and easy to use, but the automations are super buggy and often don’t trigger like they should. It’s frustrating to rely on them for anything important.

Great for project tracking
The ability to link records between tables has totally streamlined how our team tracks project dependencies, which is exactly what we needed. The calendar view is helpful for visualizing deadlines, though sometimes it feels a bit clunky when switching between different projects.

Good value for small teams
Airtable's pricing can feel a bit steep at first, but for the level of customization and ease it offers, it's worth the investment. Small teams get great value, though bigger setups might find costs adding up faster than expected.

Reliable and improving tool
Started using Airtable about four years ago, and I’ve definitely seen it grow into a much more robust tool. The interface has become smoother and some of the advanced features that were once clunky now feel more intuitive. I rely on it daily for project tracking and data organization, and while it’s not perfect—sometimes the automation can be a bit limited—it’s still one of the most flexible platforms I’ve stuck with this long. Overall, it’s been a solid experience that keeps improving without making me switch tools.

Great for team collaboration
Our team of about 12 started using Airtable a few months ago to manage project tracking and client info. Getting everyone on board took a couple of weeks since some people preferred sticking to spreadsheets, but once they saw how easy it was to link data and collaborate in real time, adoption really picked up. The ability to customize views helped different team members focus on what mattered to them without feeling overwhelmed. Overall, it’s made our workflows more transparent and cut down on endless email chains.

Reliable and improving over time
Started using Airtable about 4 years ago and it’s come a long way since then. The interface has gotten smoother and some of the features that were kinda clunky at first now feel way more intuitive. I like how easy it is to customize tables and views for different projects, though sometimes loading times can be a bit slow when a base gets really big. Overall, it’s been solid for managing everything from work tasks to personal projects, and I can see myself sticking with it.

Great Views and Helpful Automation
The interface for building custom views is really intuitive and makes organizing data a breeze. I also appreciate the automation feature, which saves me a lot of repetitive work, though sometimes setting up more complex workflows can get confusing.

Smooth and straightforward setup
Getting started with Airtable was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding guided me through the basics without feeling overwhelming, and I had a functional base set up in about 30 minutes. There was a slight learning curve when trying to customize some views, but the interface is intuitive enough that I figured it out pretty quickly. Overall, the setup didn’t slow me down and felt like a solid use of time.

Great for team tracking
Our team of 8 started using Airtable to keep track of projects and it really helped with visibility across tasks. Getting everyone to actually update their parts took a bit of nudging, but once we all got in the habit, collaboration felt much smoother.

Simple yet flexible tool
Airtable’s been a solid helper for keeping my projects organized without feeling like a total spreadsheet bore. The interface is super easy to mess around with and customize, which is awesome when you don’t wanna spend forever setting stuff up. Sometimes it lags a bit when I’m dealing with bigger bases, but overall it’s been great for tracking everything from freelance gigs to random life stuff. Definitely worth checking out if you wanna keep things simple but flexible.
