Worth the investment
The pricing feels a bit on the higher side, especially for smaller projects, but the flexibility and time saved make it worth the cost in my experience. For what I needed, it paid for itself quickly by streamlining workflow and cutting down on back-and-forth emails.

Decent but a bit pricey
Airtable feels a bit pricey for what it offers, especially once you start needing more advanced features. For small projects or teams, it’s fine and pretty intuitive, so you do get your money’s worth at that scale. But when you want to scale up or use it more extensively, the costs add up quickly and it’s not always clear if the value keeps pace. Overall, decent for basic use but I’ve found myself weighing if I should switch to something cheaper with similar functionality.

Great for organizing data
The grid view makes organizing data super easy and intuitive, which really helped me keep track of projects. The automation feature is cool but sometimes it feels a bit clunky when setting up more complex workflows.

Streamlined Team Collaboration
Our team of about 10 started using Airtable a few months ago to keep track of project deadlines and client info. It took a little nudging to get everyone comfortable with the interface, but once we did, collaboration got way smoother since updates are all in one place. The only downside is that some features require paid plans, which can be a bit limiting.

Good value for serious use
I found Airtable to be a solid investment, especially when managing multiple projects at once. The pricing can feel a bit steep if you’re just using it casually, but for the level of customization and automation it offers, it really pays off. Small teams will get great value out of the mid-tier plans, though larger teams might need to budget carefully. Overall, it strikes a good balance between cost and functionality for anyone serious about organizing workflows.

Great linked records and calendar
The way Airtable handles linked records has been a huge help in keeping our projects organized and connected without jumping between different apps. The calendar view is also really handy for deadlines, though sometimes it can be a bit slow to update with large datasets.

Solid and Improving Tool
Started using Airtable about five years ago, and it's definitely grown into a more powerful tool since then. The interface feels cleaner now, and the new automation features have made my workflows a lot smoother. Overall, it’s been reliable and keeps getting better without feeling overwhelming.

Finally Organized Projects
Our team was drowning in scattered project notes and endless email threads, which made tracking progress a nightmare. Airtable helped us organize everything in one place and created custom views that made it way easier to see who was doing what and when. It's not perfect, but it seriously cut down on our back-and-forth and kept us all on the same page.

Flexible and user-friendly database
Tried Trello and Notion before switching to Airtable, and what stood out was how flexible the database views are without feeling overwhelming. I like that it combines spreadsheet ease with the ability to link records, which Trello lacks, and it's more structured than Notion for project tracking. It’s not perfect—sometimes the interface can get a bit slow with large bases—but overall it’s been a solid fit for organizing our team’s work.

Reliable and Improving Over Time
Started using Airtable about four years ago, and it’s been impressive to see how much it’s grown. The interface feels smoother now, and some of the newer features like automations have really helped streamline my workflows. I appreciate that they keep adding useful integrations without making things cluttered. Occasionally, the pricing for advanced features feels a bit steep, but overall it’s been a solid tool that keeps getting better.
