Solid and improving tool
Started using this about five years ago and it’s definitely grown into a much more powerful tool since then. The interface is still easy to use, but the added automation features have really helped streamline my workflows. Occasionally it can feel a bit slow with larger bases, but overall it’s been a solid asset for organizing projects.

Great linking but automation limited
The way Airtable lets you link records across tables is exactly what we needed to keep our projects organized without losing track of details. The interface for creating these links is super intuitive, which made onboarding the team much easier. However, the automation feature sometimes feels a bit limited — it works fine for basic tasks, but more complex workflows can get tricky to set up. Overall, it’s a solid tool that makes database management feel less like a chore.

Smooth and straightforward setup
Getting everything set up was pretty straightforward and the onboarding guided me through most of what I needed without feeling overwhelmed. Took a bit of time to get used to some of the features, but overall it was smooth and I had it running quickly.

Streamlined team collaboration
Our team of about 10 started using Airtable to keep track of various projects and client info, and it’s been a solid upgrade from our old spreadsheets. Getting everyone to actually use it took a bit of time since some folks were used to simpler tools, but once they saw how easy it was to customize views and collaborate in real-time, adoption really picked up. The ability to comment directly on tasks has helped cut down on endless email threads, which has been a big plus for team communication. Overall, it’s made juggling multiple projects smoother, though I wish some of the more advanced features were less complex to set up.

Smooth and straightforward setup
Getting started with Airtable was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding guided me through the basics without overwhelming me, and I had a simple base up and running in less than an hour. There was a slight learning curve when trying to customize more advanced views, but the interface is intuitive enough that I didn’t feel stuck for long. Overall, the setup felt efficient and well-paced for someone new to this kind of tool.

Great Calendar View, Automation Needs Work
The calendar view in Airtable is exactly what we needed to keep track of deadlines and events without juggling multiple tools. The drag-and-drop feature makes rescheduling super easy, which saves me a lot of time. However, the automation setup could be a bit more intuitive—sometimes I get stuck trying to figure out how to chain actions together. Overall, it’s a solid tool that fits well with how my team works.

Great calendar view, tricky automations
The calendar view in Airtable has been a lifesaver for keeping track of project deadlines and team availability. It’s super intuitive and makes scheduling way easier than juggling separate tools. On the flip side, while the automation features are helpful, they can be a bit confusing to set up, especially if you’re not very tech-savvy. Overall, it’s a solid tool that really shines with its visual organization options.

Super handy for projects
Been using Airtable for keeping my projects organized and honestly, it’s way easier than juggling spreadsheets. Love how flexible it is and the templates save me a ton of time. Sometimes it feels a bit clunky when dealing with bigger data sets though.

Good value for growth
The pricing is a bit on the higher side, especially if you’re a solo user or a very small team, but the flexibility and time saved more than make up for it in my experience. It feels like a solid investment because the platform adapts well as projects grow, so you get a good return on your money over time.

Saved our project chaos
Our small marketing team was drowning in disorganized spreadsheets and losing track of deadlines. Airtable helped us build a custom project tracker that’s easy to update and keeps everyone on the same page, which honestly saved us a bunch of headaches. The only downside is sometimes the interface feels a bit clunky when switching views quickly.
