Mixed feelings after years

Simplified PTO tracking, somewhat limited
Our HR team was drowning in tracking employee time-off requests manually, which led to a lot of confusion and missed days. BambooHR helped centralize this process, making it much easier for everyone to request and approve PTO directly through the platform. That said, the reporting features around time-off usage felt a bit basic for our needs, and customization options were limited.
