Solid tool for team tracking

Our team of about 15 switched to BambooHR last year, and getting everyone on board was smoother than I expected. It’s helped with keeping track of PTO and performance reviews, though sometimes the mobile app feels a bit clunky.

Smooth transition for team HR

Our team of about 15 people started using BambooHR a few months ago after our manager pushed for a more streamlined HR tool. Getting everyone on board took a couple of weeks since some were used to older systems, but once we settled in, it really helped with tracking time off and keeping everyone’s info in one place. The collaboration around approvals and requests has gotten noticeably smoother since making the switch.

Mixed feelings in the team

Our team of about 15 started using BambooHR last year, and getting everyone to actually use it consistently was tougher than expected. Some folks liked the simple interface, but others found it clunky and not very intuitive for tracking time off or performance reviews.

Steady improvement over time

Been with them for over 4 years and it's come a long way since the early days. The interface got way cleaner and some features that felt clunky before now actually work smoothly, though occasional syncing bugs still pop up.

Smooth and Quick Setup

Setting up BambooHR was surprisingly smooth for me. The onboarding materials were clear and helped me get everything up and running in about a day, which honestly felt quicker than I expected. There was a small learning curve with some of the more detailed settings, but nothing too frustrating. Overall, the process didn’t drag on and felt pretty straightforward from start to finish.

Smooth transition for our team

Our team of about 15 switched to BambooHR last year after our manager pushed for a more streamlined way to handle time-off requests and performance reviews. Getting everyone on board was smoother than I expected, though a couple of folks took a bit to get used to the interface. Overall, it's helped us keep track of stuff better and made team collaboration on HR tasks less of a headache.

Mixed feelings after years

Started using BambooHR about five years ago, and while it has definitely improved in some areas like reporting, it still feels a bit clunky when handling time-off requests and integrations. Some features that worked well initially seem less intuitive now, making me question if updates are truly user-focused.

Smooth and straightforward setup

Setting up BambooHR was surprisingly straightforward, and I had most of the basics configured within a couple of hours. The onboarding team was helpful and walked me through the key steps without making it feel overwhelming. There was a bit of a learning curve when it came to customizing reports, but overall, it didn’t slow us down much. Definitely easier than I expected for an HR system.

Smooth setup with solid support

Setting up BambooHR was straightforward and the onboarding team helped smooth out the few hiccups. Took a couple of days to get everything customized, but the learning curve wasn’t too steep.

Easy and straightforward HR tool

Honestly, BambooHR made tracking time off and managing employee info way easier for our small team. The interface is pretty clean and doesn’t make you jump through hoops to find what you need. A couple of features felt a bit clunky, but nothing that really slowed me down. Overall, it’s a solid tool if you want something straightforward without a ton of extras.
