Used to be great, now frustrating
Been with CloudApp for over 4 years and honestly, it’s been a steady decline. Early on, the tool was straightforward and reliable for screen recording and quick sharing, but recent updates have introduced glitches and slower uploads that make it frustrating to use daily. Customer support also feels less responsive than it used to, which is disappointing when you rely on it for work. Feels like they’re focusing more on flashy features instead of fixing the core issues I've faced for months now.

Reliable and improving tool
Started using this about 3 years ago and honestly, it keeps getting better. The screen recording features are super handy and they've added some neat integrations that actually save me time. Sometimes the upload speed can lag a bit, but overall it's been a solid tool for my daily work.

Useful but can lag
Started using this a few years back and it's definitely come a long way with features and stability. That said, some updates have made the app feel a bit bloated and slower on my older laptop, which can be frustrating. Still handy for quick screen recordings, but wish they’d fix the occasional upload glitches.

Steady and Reliable Tool
Started using this a few years back and it’s definitely gotten smoother and more reliable. Still love how quick it is to share screenshots and videos without hassle.

Worth the investment
The pricing feels fair given how much time CloudApp saves me daily. It’s a bit on the higher side if you only use it occasionally, but for consistent use, it definitely pays for itself in productivity gains. Great value for small teams who need quick, clear communication tools.

Great screen capture tool
The screen recording tool is exactly what we needed for quick demos, but the GIF creation sometimes glitches and cuts off part of the clip.

Super useful but could improve
Really handy for quick screenshots and easy sharing, saves me a bunch of time. Wish the video recording was a bit smoother though.
