Solved my bug reporting woes

Trying to explain bugs to my team was a nightmare until I started using CloudApp to record quick videos and screenshots. It made feedback way clearer and saved us from back-and-forth emails that dragged on for days. Sometimes the upload speeds lag a bit, but overall it nailed the problem of remote communication for me.

Cut down bug explanation time

We were constantly losing time trying to explain bugs over email, and it was frustrating for the whole team. CloudApp made it way easier to capture screen recordings with audio so I could just show exactly what was happening instead of typing it all out. This cut down back-and-forth by at least half, which felt like a huge win. The only snag is sometimes the video uploads take a bit longer than I'd like, but overall it really helped streamline our workflow.

Decent but a bit slow

Worth the investment
