Easy sharing, minor lag issues
Our team of about 12 jumped on CloudApp after the manager pushed for something less clunky than email chains. Getting everyone to actually use it took a couple weeks, but now it's way easier to share quick screenshots and vids without the usual back and forth. Still, sometimes the upload speed drags during peak hours, which can be frustrating.

Quick and straightforward setup
Getting started with CloudApp was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding guides were clear, and I had the core features up and running in about 15 minutes without any hiccups. There was a slight learning curve with some of the more advanced tools, but the initial setup didn’t feel overwhelming at all. Overall, it was a quick process that didn’t eat up much time, which I appreciated.

Cut down communication chaos
Our team was drowning in endless back-and-forth emails trying to explain bugs and design tweaks. CloudApp made it way easier to just record a quick video or screenshot with annotations, which actually saved us tons of time and confusion. Sometimes the upload speed can be a bit slow, but overall it nailed the core problem we had.

Great for quick team collabs
Our team of about 12 quickly picked up CloudApp for sharing quick videos and screenshots, which really sped up feedback loops. Getting everyone to actually use it was a bit slow at first, but once the boss nudged us, it's become part of our daily routine.

Better for quick sharing
Switched from Loom after struggling with its video editing features, and CloudApp feels way more intuitive for quick screen captures and annotations. Compared it to Snagit as well, but CloudApp’s sharing options won me over for team collaboration.

Made remote teamwork smoother
Our team of 12 started using CloudApp after the boss insisted on trying it, and honestly, it made remote collaboration way smoother. Getting everyone on board was easier than expected since the tools are really intuitive and helped cut down on long email chains.

Great for quick screen captures
I gave CloudApp a try after using Loom and Greenshot for a bit, and honestly it just clicked better for my workflow. The screen recording is super smooth and the built-in annotation tools are way easier to use on the fly compared to Greenshot. Loom’s interface felt clunky and a bit slower when uploading, so CloudApp’s quick sharing links won me over. One thing that bugs me is that sometimes the app hangs when capturing longer videos, but overall it's been solid for quick team communication.

Handy for quick shares
CloudApp makes sharing quick screenshots and vids super easy, which I really like for work. Sometimes the upload speed lags a bit, but overall it’s been a solid help for my day-to-day stuff. Definitely a time saver when I just wanna show what’s up without typing a novel.

Smooth sharing, needs better annotations
Tried Loom and Snagit before settling on CloudApp because the screen recording and quick sharing features felt more seamless here. The GIF creation is a nice touch, though I wish the annotation tools were a bit more robust.

Great for quick team updates
Our team of about 12 started using CloudApp a few months ago to streamline how we share quick updates and bug reports. Getting everyone on board was easier than I expected, mostly because it cuts down on lengthy email threads and everyone likes being able to send quick videos or annotated screenshots instead of typing it all out. The boss made us try it during a crunch time and honestly, it helped speed up collaboration between design and dev. The only hiccup is sometimes the app lags a bit during screen recording, which can be frustrating when you're in a rush.
