Good but a bit glitchy
Tried Loom and Snagit before switching to CloudApp because of its simpler sharing options, but I still find it a bit glitchy sometimes and wish the video editing tools were better.

Great recording, needs easier annotations
The screen recording feature is super smooth and really helps when explaining tricky stuff. The annotation tools are useful but could be a bit more intuitive to access during recordings.

Good value for the price
The pricing felt a bit steep at first, but the time saved sharing quick visuals has definitely made it worth the cost for me.

Good value for frequent use
I find CloudApp to be a solid investment, especially for the kind of quick screenshots and videos I need to share regularly. The price feels fair considering how much time it saves me, and the ROI is clear in smoother team communication. It might feel a little steep if you're only using it occasionally, but for ongoing daily use, it definitely pays for itself.

Good for quick snaps
CloudApp is alright for quick screenshots and GIFs, but sometimes it feels glitchy and the uploads can be slow. I like that it’s simple to use, but it’s not always reliable when I’m in a rush.

Solid tool with steady improvements
Started using this around three years ago, and I've noticed steady improvements, especially with faster uploads and better editing tools. It’s become my go-to for quick screen captures at work, and the interface feels cleaner than when I first tried it. Occasionally, I run into small glitches when sharing large files, but overall it’s been a solid and reliable tool.

Saved time with clear feedback
Was struggling to explain bugs to my dev team with screenshots alone, but CloudApp made it super easy to record quick videos and add annotations. It saved me so much time and really cleared up the confusion, though sometimes the upload speed can be a bit slow.

Frustrating and slow tool
Honestly, kept crashing on me and the uploads were super slow. Not worth the hassle at all.

Great for quick team feedback
Our team of about 12 people started using CloudApp a few months ago after our manager encouraged us to try it for quick visual feedback and sharing. It wasn’t difficult to get everyone on board since the interface is straightforward, and now it’s become our go-to for sending annotated screenshots and short videos during project reviews. The real benefit has been cutting down on long email threads and meetings by showing exactly what we mean right away. Sometimes the upload speeds can lag a bit, but overall it’s helped our collaboration flow much smoother.

Streamlined design feedback
We were drowning in back-and-forth emails trying to explain small design tweaks until CloudApp let us quickly share annotated screenshots. It sped up feedback, but the upload speed sometimes lagged and the free version is pretty limited.
