Worth the investment

Domo isn’t cheap, but for what it offers, I think it’s a solid investment. The ability to pull data from so many sources and create custom dashboards has definitely saved me time and helped make smarter decisions faster. For smaller teams, it might feel a bit pricey, but the ROI shows up when you factor in the hours saved and the insights gained. Overall, it’s worth every penny if you use it to its full potential.

Smooth setup and onboarding

Getting everything set up was straightforward, and the onboarding team really helped smooth out the initial bumps. Took a bit of time to get familiar with all the features, but nothing too overwhelming.

Nice and user-friendly tool

Domo’s dashboard setup is pretty slick and easy to mess with, makes tracking stuff way less annoying. Took a bit to figure out some quirks, but overall solid for what I needed.

Solid tool for team data

Our team of about 12 started using Domo last quarter, and once the initial confusion passed, collaboration improved a lot. Getting everyone on board took some time, but now dashboards are a common reference point in meetings.

Great visuals, clunky customization

The data visualization tools in Domo really helped me get quick insights without much hassle, which was exactly what I needed. However, the dashboard customization felt a bit clunky and sometimes slow, making it frustrating to tweak layouts the way I wanted.

Good for team collaboration

Our team of about 12 switched to Domo a few months ago after the manager pushed for a better way to handle our data dashboards. Getting everyone on board took a little time since some folks were used to Excel and Google Sheets, but once they saw how easy it was to share live reports, adoption really picked up. Collaboration improved because we could all comment and update in real time, which saved a ton of back-and-forth emails during projects. Overall, it’s helped our workflow, though it still feels a bit clunky when dealing with more complex data sets.

Good features, a bit pricey

Domo offers solid features but feels expensive for smaller teams who don't need all the bells and whistles. The ROI is okay if you fully leverage it, but that can take time.

Great visuals and alerts

The data visualization tools in Domo really helped me make sense of complex reports quickly. I also liked how easy it was to set up automated alerts, though sometimes the notifications can be a bit delayed.

Centralized our scattered data

Our team was drowning in scattered data from multiple sources, making it nearly impossible to get a clear picture of sales trends. Domo helped by bringing all that info into one dashboard pretty quickly, which saved us a ton of time on manual reporting. That said, I found the learning curve steeper than I expected, and some of the customizations felt limited unless you’re willing to dig deep. It worked well for our immediate needs but didn’t fully replace some specialized tools we still rely on.

Great Visuals, Data Integration Woes

The data visualization tools in Domo are exactly what we needed to get quick insights during meetings. Creating dashboards is straightforward, and the drag-and-drop interface makes customizing views really intuitive. However, I found the data integration process a bit clunky at times, especially when connecting to less common data sources. Still, the strong visualization features make it worth the effort.
