Solid data tool

Domo's dashboard is pretty slick and makes data way easier to get at, though sometimes it feels a bit clunky loading big reports.

Overpriced with limited return

Domo feels way overpriced for what it actually delivers. We shelled out a lot hoping for solid ROI, but the features didn’t quite match up to the cost, especially for a mid-sized team like ours. The learning curve and constant need for support mean you're also spending extra time and money outside the monthly fees. Honestly, there are cheaper options that gave us more bang for the buck.

Evolving and Reliable Tool

Smooth and straightforward setup

Mixed feelings on adoption

Our team of about 10 started using Domo for tracking project metrics, but getting everyone to fully adopt it was a slow process. Collaboration improved a bit once most got used to it, though some still prefer older tools.

Great Dashboard, Clunky Integration

The dashboard customization in Domo is really flexible and lets me organize data the way I want, which has been a huge help. However, the data integration setup can get confusing, especially when dealing with multiple sources—it definitely needs to be more intuitive. Overall, it does the job but there’s a steeper learning curve than I expected.
