Good data connectors, clunky UI
I tried Tableau and Power BI before giving Domo a shot. I liked how Domo pulls data from so many sources easily, but the interface felt less intuitive compared to the others, which slowed me down a bit.

Gets the job done

Mixed feelings on Domo adoption
Our team of about 10 people started using Domo a few months ago mainly to track sales and marketing metrics. Getting everyone on board was a bit of a struggle since some folks found the interface confusing and preferred their existing tools. Good dashboards, tricky syncing
The dashboard customization in Domo is exactly what we needed to get a clear overview of our key metrics, and I find it pretty intuitive to set up.
