Improves with time
Started using Domo about five years ago, and I’ve seen it really grow in terms of functionality and ease of use. The dashboards are more intuitive now, and the data integration options have expanded, making it easier to connect all our different sources. Occasionally, the platform can feel a bit overwhelming with so many features, but overall it’s been a solid tool that’s improved steadily over time.

Great visuals but clunky setup
The data visualization tools in Domo are really intuitive and helped me create dashboards quickly, which was exactly what I needed. However, I found the data integration process to be somewhat clunky and confusing at times, making it harder to connect all my sources smoothly. Overall, it’s useful but could definitely use some polish in the setup department.
