Useful but has quirks
Started using this about 3 years ago and while it’s gotten better in some ways, I still feel like some features are buggy and support can be slow at times. Definitely useful but not without its quirks.

Smooth automation with fewer headaches
Switched from Mailchimp and liked how Drip lets me set up automated workflows faster without the clutter. Compared it to ConvertKit too, but Drip’s tagging system just feels more intuitive for my small biz.

Easy and reliable email tool
Drip’s pretty solid for managing emails, super easy to set up but sometimes the automation can get a bit wonky. Still, saved me a bunch of time overall.

Great automation, weak reporting
The email automation feature really saved me time setting up campaigns, but the reporting dashboard feels limited and could use more detailed insights.

Decent but needs work
Started using this a few years ago and while it’s definitely improved over time, some features still feel clunky and the support can be hit or miss. It gets the job done but I’ve seen better tools since then.

Worth the investment
Drip feels a bit pricey compared to some other email platforms, but the return on investment has been solid for my small online store. The automation features save me time and help boost sales, so it’s definitely worth the cost in my experience. If you’re serious about growing your business, it pays for itself quickly.

Simplified email automation
Struggled to keep track of customer follow-ups and automate emails, but Drip made setting up workflows a breeze and saved me hours every week.

Better automation and customization
I used to rely on Mailchimp and ConvertKit, but Drip stood out because of its easy automation and deeper customization options. The interface feels more intuitive, and I liked how it integrates with my e-commerce platform without much hassle. It’s not perfect—some reporting features could be better—but it’s been solid for managing my campaigns.

Great for automation control
I was initially using Mailchimp and ConvertKit but switched to Drip because it felt more flexible when setting up complex automation workflows. The interface took a bit to get used to, but once I got the hang of it, the tagging and segmentation options really gave me control over my campaigns. One thing that bugs me a bit is that the reporting could be more detailed, but overall it’s been solid for growing my email list without too much hassle. Definitely worth considering if you want something more powerful than the basic tools out there.

Mixed feelings on team use
Our team of 8 started using Drip to manage email campaigns, but getting everyone to actually use it was a struggle since some preferred old tools. Collaboration is okay, but it feels like certain features aren’t intuitive for everyone on the team.
