Smooth and straightforward setup
Getting started was pretty smooth and the onboarding guided me well. Setup took about an hour since I wanted to customize a few things, but it wasn’t confusing at all.

Works okay, could improve
Does the job but kinda clunky at times, nothing too fancy but gets me through the day.

Worth the investment overall
Drip feels like a solid investment for the price. I was a bit hesitant at first since it’s not the cheapest out there, but the boost in customer engagement and sales made it worth it. For our small team, the features really deliver good ROI, especially the automation tools that save us time. Would say it’s great value if you plan to actively use it, but might be too much if you’re just dabbling.

Great for team email campaigns
Our team of eight switched to Drip last quarter for managing email campaigns, and once everyone got the hang of the interface, collaboration improved a lot. Getting the whole team on board wasn't instant, but the boss pushed for it, and now it's part of our regular workflow.

Solved our tagging mess
Our small ecommerce team was drowning in managing email sequences and customer tagging manually, which was a nightmare especially during sales spikes. Drip helped automate most of that, and the tagging system actually works smoothly now, saving me a ton of time every week. Wish the interface was a bit less clunky though, but overall it nailed the core problem for us.

Smooth and straightforward setup
Getting started with Drip was smoother than I expected. The onboarding guided me through the basics clearly, and I had the main workflows set up in under an hour. There was a slight learning curve with some of the more advanced features, but overall, it felt intuitive.

Smooth and straightforward setup
Getting Drip up and running was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding guided me through the basics without feeling overwhelming, and I had my first campaign set up in under an hour. The interface was intuitive enough that I didn’t have to dive deep into tutorials, though some of the more advanced features took a bit of exploring. Overall, the setup process felt straightforward and well-supported.

Great for team follow-ups
Our team of about 10 adopted Drip after a few trial runs, and it really helped streamline how we handle client follow-ups. Getting everyone on board wasn’t too hard since it’s pretty intuitive, though a couple of folks initially missed some features. Overall, it’s made collaboration smoother and tracking progress way less of a hassle.

Mixed feelings after years
Started using Drip about three years ago and have seen it change quite a bit since then. Some updates improved the interface, but others introduced bugs that made simple tasks frustrating. The customer support has been hit or miss, which is disappointing for a tool I rely on daily. Overall, it gets the job done, but I feel like there’s still room for improvement in stability and responsiveness.

Helpful but a bit clunky
My small online shop was having trouble keeping track of customer email sequences, which led to inconsistent follow-ups. Drip helped me automate those emails so they go out on time, which saved me a bunch of headaches. That said, setting up the automation wasn’t as intuitive as I hoped, and sometimes the reporting feels a bit clunky.
