Easy setup but limited options
Tried Shopify and BigCommerce before, but Ecwid stood out for its easy setup and seamless integration with my existing site. That said, the limited customization options and occasional glitches made me rate it average overall.

Great catalog, checkout needs more options
The product catalog feature is straightforward and really helped me organize my items quickly. Checkout options are flexible, though I wish there were more payment gateways built-in by default.

Pricey for small shops
The pricing feels a bit steep for what you get, especially if you're just starting out. It works okay for basic stores, but I’m not sure the return justifies the monthly cost yet.

Solved inventory chaos
We were seriously struggling with managing multiple sales channels and keeping inventory synced up. Ecwid made it way easier by automatically updating stock across our website and social media shops, which saved us from overselling. Setting it up was pretty straightforward, though I wish the mobile app was a bit more reliable. Overall, it fixed the biggest headache we had with online selling and saved us a lot of time.

Solved inventory chaos, but limited reporting
Our small team was drowning in managing multiple online sales channels and syncing inventory manually, which was a nightmare. Ecwid helped by letting us connect our website and social media shops so inventory updates automatically, saving us a ton of time and headaches. That said, the reporting features felt limited and clunky when trying to analyze sales trends, so we still had to export data to spreadsheets. Overall, it got us out of a big jam but left some room for improvement.

Simple and smooth setup
Tried Shopify and BigCommerce before settling on Ecwid because it felt way simpler to set up, especially for someone not super techy like me. The way Ecwid integrates with my existing website was a huge win, though sometimes the reporting features could be a bit more detailed. Overall, it just felt smoother and less overwhelming than the others I've tried.

Easy setup, clunky backend
Needed a quick way to add a simple online store to my existing site and Ecwid made that part easy with its embed options. However, managing inventory and customizing the checkout was way more complicated than I expected, which slowed me down a lot.

Easy & straightforward setup
Used Ecwid to set up a small shop on my site, and honestly it was way easier than I thought. The setup was smooth and adding products didn’t take long, though sometimes the mobile view acts a bit funky. Overall, solid choice if you wanna get stuff selling quick without too much hassle.

Mixed feelings on Ecwid
Our team of 8 tried Ecwid for managing our small online storefront, but getting everyone to fully adopt it was tougher than expected since some found the interface clunky. Collaboration on product updates was okay, though not as smooth as with other platforms we've used.

Quick and easy setup
Setting up Ecwid was surprisingly straightforward—I had my store up and running in under an hour with minimal hassle. The onboarding guides were clear and made the whole process feel manageable without any steep learning curve.
