Smooth and straightforward setup

Getting everything set up with FreshBooks was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding guided me through linking my bank accounts and setting up invoices without much hassle. It took me about 30 minutes to feel comfortable navigating the main features, which I thought was pretty quick. Overall, the learning curve was gentle, making the whole process a lot less intimidating than I expected.

Solid and improving tool

Great invoicing, could improve app

Mixed Feelings After Years

Reliable and Improving Over Time

Started using FreshBooks about five years ago when I launched my small consulting business, and it’s only gotten better with time. The interface has become much more intuitive, and I really appreciate the improvements in their mobile app, which makes invoicing on the go way easier. Customer support has also stepped up, answering my questions quickly and effectively. My only gripe is that some of the more advanced reporting features feel a bit limited compared to other tools I’ve tried.

Simplifies invoicing for team

Our team of 8 switched to FreshBooks a few months ago after our manager pushed for something simpler to track invoices and expenses. Getting everyone on board wasn’t too hard since the interface is pretty straightforward, but a couple of folks still find some features a bit confusing. Overall, it’s helped us stay better aligned on billing and saved us time chasing down payments.
