Gets the job done
Meh, Freshworks does the basics alright but sometimes it's kinda slow and the UI feels a bit clunky. I like that it integrates with some other stuff I use tho, which is handy. Not sure if I'd wanna use it for anything super complex tho.

Improved with time
Started using Freshworks about 4 years ago and it’s definitely gotten smoother over time. The interface feels less clunky now, and they’ve added some handy automation features that actually save me time. Sometimes the mobile app lags a bit, but overall, it’s been a solid tool for keeping my support tasks organized.

Easy and effective support tool
Switched from Zendesk and compared Freshdesk too, but Freshworks just felt more intuitive and user-friendly for our small team.
