Gets the job done

Meh, Freshworks does the basics alright but sometimes it's kinda slow and the UI feels a bit clunky. I like that it integrates with some other stuff I use tho, which is handy. Not sure if I'd wanna use it for anything super complex tho.

Solid value for small teams

The pricing felt a bit steep at first, but after a few months, the return on investment became clear. It’s especially great for smaller teams that need solid CRM features without breaking the bank. Definitely worth the cost if you want something reliable and easy to use.

Improved with time

Started using Freshworks about 4 years ago and it’s definitely gotten smoother over time. The interface feels less clunky now, and they’ve added some handy automation features that actually save me time. Sometimes the mobile app lags a bit, but overall, it’s been a solid tool for keeping my support tasks organized.

Great ticketing, tricky automation

Easy and effective support tool

Switched from Zendesk and compared Freshdesk too, but Freshworks just felt more intuitive and user-friendly for our small team. The automation tools strike a nice balance between powerful and easy to set up, which saved us a lot of time. The only hiccup was occasional lag during peak hours, but overall it’s been solid.

Frustrating and slow experience

Tried Zendesk and Freshdesk before, but Freshworks felt clunky and slow. Support was unhelpful when I ran into issues, which made me switch back to Zendesk quickly.

Decent but a bit pricey

The pricing feels a bit steep for what you actually get, especially if you’re a small business trying to keep costs down. It works well enough, but I haven’t seen a strong return on investment yet. Might be worth it if you need the features, but value-wise, I’m a little on the fence.

Solid and easy to use

Freshworks is pretty solid for managing customer stuff without much hassle. The interface is easy to get the hang of, which saved me a bunch of time setting things up. Sometimes it feels a bit slow when switching between tabs, but overall it handles everything I throw at it without issues. Definitely a tool I'd recommend if you want something straightforward and reliable.
