Mixed feelings on setup

Getting HubSpot up and running was a bit of a mixed bag for me. The initial onboarding walks you through the basics, which helped, but the setup itself took a good few hours longer than I expected because some features weren’t as intuitive as advertised. There’s definitely a learning curve, especially if you’re trying to customize workflows right away. Still, once I got past the confusing parts, things started to click and the platform felt more manageable.

Smooth all-in-one platform

Switched from Mailchimp and ActiveCampaign and found HubSpot's interface much easier to navigate, especially when managing both CRM and marketing emails. I appreciate the seamless integration between features, which saved me a lot of time compared to juggling separate tools. The pricing can get steep as you scale, but the overall experience felt smoother and more intuitive.

Reliable and improving steadily

Been with them for over five years, and I’ve really seen the platform grow in useful ways. The tools feel more polished now, and the integrations have gotten smoother, which helps keep my workflow tight. Solid CRM with minor hiccups

HubSpot’s CRM stuff is pretty solid and easy to use, though sometimes it feels a bit slow when loading big lists. Overall, does what I need without too much fuss.

Smooth setup with minor hiccups

Solid tool for team collaboration

Our team of about 10 started using HubSpot last year after our manager pushed for a centralized tool. It took a couple of weeks for everyone to get comfortable, but now collaboration feels smoother, especially when tracking leads and sharing updates. The main challenge was getting all the integrations set up correctly, but once that was done, it really helped keep everyone on the same page.

User-friendly and powerful CRM

I tried both Zoho CRM and Salesforce before landing on HubSpot, and what really stood out was how user-friendly HubSpot is without sacrificing powerful features. Zoho felt a bit clunky and less intuitive, while Salesforce was overwhelming and expensive for our small team. HubSpot strikes a good balance, especially with its free tier and easy integration with other tools we use daily. The only downside is that some advanced features get pricey, but overall it’s been a solid fit for us.

Helped organize leads but limited reports

Our sales team was drowning in scattered lead info and no easy way to track follow-ups. HubSpot helped centralize everything in one place and automated some reminders, which saved us some headaches. That said, the reporting features felt kinda clunky and not as customizable as we needed.
